It's not just me either - both my sisters learnt with them and also passed first time, and I know five friends who've done the same. That many first-time passes really speaks for itself. Alex was a brilliant instructor. He kept lessons relaxed but made sure I was always improving. If I made a mistake he explained it clearly and never made me feel stressed. The 30-hour course worked perfectly - it covered everything from roundabouts to dual carriageways and manoeuvres without feeling rushed. By the time my test came around, I felt completely ready. Everything was easy to set up and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Got paired up with Karen in London and she was just amazing. Proper patient, explained things in a way that made sense and never once made me feel stupid for getting stuff wrong. She always knew what I needed to practice and made the lessons feel relaxed but still focused. I was shocked how fast I improved - thought I'd be learning for months but Karen gave me the confidence to go for my test and I passed first time. Still buzzing about it tbh. My instructor was Sheilpa who allowed me to spend most of my lesson driving rather than parked on the side talking about driving. Having failed to achieve a pass many years ago after many lessons with a different instructor I…read morefinally returned to attempt a pass once more a month ago. From the off Marco built my confidence, which had been knocked by my previous fails. He was methodical and professional in his approach, but more than this he was fun and a pleasure to drive with. He not only achieved what I believed to be the impossible (getting me to pass with NO minors) but also really made me enjoy driving. And if the result doesn't speak enough for its self I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wishes not only to pass their test but wants to feel a confident and safe driver after doing so.
