I myself have started going for my neck and shoulder. Andrew Taylor one of the physiotherapists there is great! I highly recommend him. He has a lot of knowledge, he listens and does a lot of manual therapy (ie not just puts a machine on you, gives you stretches and exercise and leaves you be). He does a good combination of everything and has a lot of techniques, he uses muscle release, ultrasound, joint mobilizations, manipulations and even acupuncture. He doesn't specialize in it, another physio in the clinic does . but they do offer assessment and treatment for mechanical vertigo and dizziness which not all clinics have. The price is decent and standard as any physio clinic. Acupuncture costs $5 more per session but can be integrated in so you don't need a separate appt or anything. I needed a note for my work he happily provided an update at no charge which I know some places can charge a lot for sometimes. Its located convinienty in Burnaby. Across from bonsor community center so only a 5-10min walk from metrotown skytrain. You can walk through the mall and exit the foot court near the Disney store and that will get you pretty close. The 106 bus on kingsway is right outside. They validate parking as well if you give them your receipt. Andrew takes appointments after work hours which is perfect for my schedule.

I also can count on him when sometimes I feel stiff because of my work. He tries to let me in his clinic for treatment right away. The receptionist is very professional. I don't have to wait for payment as she just automatically charge my card after my treatment. She's polite and courteous too.

He uses a combination of drop table and diversified techniques. He can also use the activator method if you prefer that. They all are very friendly, and Dr. Ron always tries to fit you in even if you don't have an appointment. I like to use the online booking feature of the website and book my preferred dates and times a few months ahead of time. There is even free covered parking. I have family members that also see them and don't hesitate to refer friends and colleagues to this clinic.

When I was rear-ended several years ago, Dr John oversaw my care and made many recommendations on what I needed for my recovery. Through him, I also saw the physiotherapist, kinesiologist for active rehab, acupuncturist and RMT. It was convenient to have everything under one roof. They can share notes too. There are two locations in New West, one on Columbia Street and the other on Front Street, both within walking distance. The RMT and acupuncturist are on Columbia Street and chiro, physio and active rehab are on Front Street. Paid parking is available right outside. So pay for it as the city parking warden comes by very often to check. The staff is also very friendly and warm. It's a great place with good therapists if you are looking for a place for treatment.
