They also seem to be having internal problems with keeping their staff at the company. Since I have started, we have lost several trainers and that is alarming. I have only been a member since April 2022. And make sure to always follow up with them if you need them to do something, like for instance set up a body scan. I have been asking for last couple of months to get my monthly body scan done and each time they said they would get back to me which they didn't.
