PREP/PRE-WEDDING: The ELV team was incredible at answering all our questions. I am typically a Type A individual, so I had a lot of questions leading up to our date. Despite them being busy doing other elopements, they would always reply, though sometimes I'd have to email again to follow up. As the date grew closer, they gave me a personal coordinator on their team, Lorana, that I could text questions or changes to, and she was responsive and took care of everything and made me feel at ease. They were quick to update the invoice and contract as I made changes, which was comforting. They recalled every detail from all my emails and texts - nothing was forgotten or missed, and every detail was covered. About one week prior to our wedding, I received an email that detailed EVERYTHING: the wedding team, the vendors, the timeline, instructions for the wedding party and the guests, everything. THE BIG DAY: Absolute perfection. Martha was our coordinator on that day, but there was an additional coordinator for the wedding party. I mention this specifically because I had our wedding procession timed nearly to the second based on the song, the party, and my bridal entrance. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I also requested to not see my groom until I was walking down the aisle, and they arranged it perfectly to keep me hidden. When I say they listen to you, THEY LISTEN TO YOU. The cake was beautiful, the decorations of the cake/champagne cart was perfect, and Martha did an amazing job at EVERYTHING - she kept me from not stressing out, she fixed my veil, she gave me tips, and she directed us on what to do without making anyone feel like it was "directed" per se... IT ALL FLOWED SO SMOOTHLY. The vendors they selected were great, and I'll write separate reviews for each of them, but know that the vendor team they select is all high quality and professional, 100%. OVERALL: Looking back would I have changed anything? No. The ELV team took care of everything, every detail, every feasible request. I had nothing to worry about and THAT ALLOWED ME TO BE PRESENT AND ENJOY OUR BIG DAY. And at the end of the day, that's the whole reason we hired them! I cannot recommend them enough! Beautiful wedding venue and stress free wedding!…read more When we started our wedding planning more than 6 months ago, we wanted our wedding experience to be lavish, stress free and in a convenient location for friends and families across the US. Having a Vegas wedding seemed like a no brainer, as Vegas offers so many diverse wedding options. We considered between Wynn, Bellagio and the Venetian, and we relied on online reviews for our final decision. We picked Wynn at the end due to its excellent reviews, posh setting, quick responses and a location further away from the center of the strip which seemed less chaotic for our big day. Our wedding planner was AnnMarie and she was an absolute sweetheart to work with. We picked the Opulent package for $3,590 which offers 1.5 hour use of the beautiful wedding chapel and dressing room. The package also includes one night of hotel, bridal bouquet, officiant, one hour of photography/videography, wedding planning and a limousine ride to obtain your marriage license at the court house in advance. AnnMarie was on top of everything in our wedding planning, and all we needed were to bring our wedding attire, pick our music and vows. It was as stress free and fun as it could have been for our wedding! The wedding package also offers a la carte add on for aisle flowers ($3,000 to $4,000), live music, additional photography ($225 per hour), and champagne for everyone. We decided to add an additional hour of photography around the resort as we wanted to capture our wedding moments for our life long memory. The wedding package includes only hard photo print, and the cost to purchase the full electronic copy of the photos is between $1,195 to $1,895. Overall, we felt the wedding package at Wynn offers an excellent balance between a beautiful wedding venue and a comprehensive package for a stress free wedding. We felt very lucky to have AnnMarie and her staff guiding us through the whole process. Highly recommend!

My husband and I booked Serendipity Event space for our baby shower for our first child. From…read morebeginning to the end, the experience was great. It was through a simple inquiry on their website and I was reached out to by Jenn that same day and scheduled for a virtual tour shortly after. Unfortunately, my husband and I work Monday to Friday 9 to 5 so we weren't able to visit in person for a tour, but we were able to do a virtual over FaceTime and that was definitely helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions. I initially reached out in May and was able to book something in the middle of September. Although we would've preferred to have our date be later in September their Saturdays tend to book faster so keep that in mind If you're planning to book sometime around September. They have customizable packages, which are very clear. We customized our package that included two hours of setup time & four hours for the event, table and chairs set up for 140 guests, added a balloon backdrop, flower wall, and Photo Booth. We paid less than what my husband and I paid for our wedding, with similar set up. So they proceeded very fairly! Something I also appreciated was that I was given a timeline of what to expect and when decisions needed to be made by. This helped a ton because my pregnancy brain has been struggling, so they always checked in to keep me on track. The experience was nice because we also got to interact with Magie and Shelby. Both helped coordinate everything following our deposit up until event day. Magie helped with getting any color pallette inspiration and things of that sort and then I was connected with Shelby. When my husband and I met Shelby in person, she was super sweet and made the whole experience super comfortable and answered all of our questions. She was very thorough regarding the plan, what to expect and so on. When we got to our walk-through in person, it was better than what we could've ever imagined. It's such a bright space especially in the day time. You have a nice blank canvas to make it more casual with some elegance and can dress it up to be very formal. The ceiling to floor curtains are a nice touch. On the day of the events, our tables and chairs were set up as planned, balloon backdrop was perfect and flower wall came up shortly after. We decided to do our own table decor. Their porters helped clean throughout the event in addition to helping with the Photo Booth really gave me a peace of mind throughout the event. Everything was clean and organized. Shelby was helpful when it came to us needing direction with the microphone when we played baby shower games. The balloon backdrop was such a great highlight and photo-op for us and our guests. Of course, the Photo Booth that everybody enjoyed using throughout the event was a hit as well. Shelby also designed the photo print out for the Photo Booth! The venue layout gave enough space to where we can comfortably walk around or guests we're able to put gifts around without feeling cluttered even with about 140 people plus or minus walking around and interacting. Our event time was from 1 to 5 PM so having all that natural light coming in did make the seats a little closer to the window on the warmer side however there was enough AC and an additional cooler to keep everyone cool And comfortable, which was important for us. Overall, our experience was 100 out of 10 and we could not have asked for anything better. All the staff were so sweet and it made something that could've been a very stressful event to plan very easy and we had an amazing time. Our guests keep complimenting how beautiful the event was. Spencer (photographer) was easygoing and professional, and he captured moments we didn't even know were happening. Cathy's cake was gorgeous and delicious, and guests kept asking about it. Mike (bartender) was fast, friendly, and kept the drinks and the energy flowing. Austin, Liv, and Hannah worked hard behind the scenes and made everything run smoothly.
