We were fortunate to discover Kaci Johnson through a recommended vendor list of a venue we were considering. There are numerous compelling reasons to hire XOXO Weddings as your Wedding Planner/Coordinator. Firstly, Kaci possesses a profound understanding of budgeting, even when we may not! She demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, even when we lack them! She meticulously evaluates all options and scenarios, even when we do not. The Bride and Groom had a short engagement, and we hired Kaci six months prior to the wedding. From the first meeting, we knew her communication style would be a fit for us. Kaci handled our large Wedding seamlessly and with little to no stress to the Bride and Groom. She is communicative, listens to the Bride and Groom's wants, and enlists the vendors to not only crate the vision, but produce the mood they wanted to provide for themselves and their guests! We had many turns and changes in the plan. Kaci handled them seamlessly and had option B and C ready to implement for every scenario! The end result was spectacular! Her vendors were great, and our expectations were more than met, they were blown out of the water! As a final note, our family hosts numerous parties and events. The key to identifying the right person and team is when unforeseen issues arise in the days leading up to the wedding, and your response to the team is, "Kaci, you have full approval on any decision that needs to be made from here on out!" She took our ideas and helped us make them reality with professionality, humor, and grace! We appreciated her organization and communication, she made sure we all stayed on the same page and our day went as smooth. Her day-of execution was on point, the weather forecast for the wedding changed several times in the weeks before our set date, the threat of rain was so stressful with it being an outdoor event. And it did rain! But, we were so prepared, and it was whimsical! Mel and her team coordinated everyone, the vendors, the guests, the performances while still checking in with us the bride and groom to make sure we did everything we wanted to do! They not only met, but FAR exceeded, my expectations and made my party so special and memorable. We were very impressed with Laura's attention to detail, creative ideas and beautiful vintage props. She transformed our daughter's tea party into an elegant and unforgettable vintage garden tea party setting not only with her beautiful collection of exquisite teacups, but also with antique tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens and photo props. On the day of the event, Laura went above and beyond by adding extra special touches that I would have never thought of, like hanging chandeliers to our tree branches for added magic. Wow! We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

Dianne is absolutely exceptional and takes all the worry and stress out of planning. I had never met her before and only found her company on Yelp, but after working with her, I don't think I'll ever plan another party without her. She sourced fantastic vendors and stayed with us throughout the entire event, making sure every detail went smoothly. And keep in mind--this was on November 15th, the Saturday it poured all day--yet it was still the best party I've ever thrown. Give her a chance. You won't regret it.

Before hiring her, I was stressed and overwhelmed. But the moment we brought her on board, she stepped in with ease and confidence, taking over without adding any pressure. Dianne was incredibly professional from start to finish. She communicated clearly, responded to all my texts and calls promptly, and only reached out when necessary--always with a calm and helpful demeanor. She also offered thoughtful suggestions that made a huge difference in how smoothly our big day ran. Dianne and Irene truly helped take the stress off both before and during the wedding. I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Dianne and her team!
