I went in to see some items, said I was just browsing. That night I went on the site to look at their catalog. I found what I needed, when going back the next day. I talked to Johnathon, he was super nice and informative. I get confused easily and he helped me understand what the process was. Not one time did I get the feeling Johnathon seemed like he didn't care. Even after I placed the order and still in my own way had to understand what was going on, he was very calm and patient with me. Some furniture stores seem like they breathe down your neck to get something out of you. I will say not once with this encounter. I ended up buying a master bed set, and TV stand. Im from TN and he mentioned he was born there as well, so we chatted about the area and after signing my check I talked a little about games and how new consoles are coming out, which to me made it feel more personable. I informed him that once I get more measurements of the place l'm renting (I'm moving from TN to FL) I will for sure come back to add to my collection of quality furniture. My delivery date is for May 31st, so I'll update y'all after the delivery process. For what I got the value is worth it, after searching multiple websites I thought I wouldn't find anything of value. I use to buy from wayfair and the products they have just look blah, but this store has real quality stuff that will last for a lifetime. Delivery was amazing a little hiccup but Gloria was amazing and products were delivered by the nicest people ever! I had some damage to one of the pieces and Gloria helped get a replacement. It's wonderful when you find a local shop that has the best selection, absolutely the best customer service and a no pressure shopping experience all rolled into one! So, I have to rave about a local furniture store called 'Everything Cool' that I found here in Saint Augustine. They have a very large selection of furnishings and the service is top notch. I had fantastic service from the time I made the order to when my furniture was delivered and set up. The delivery guys were wonderful too. They took great care making sure they didn't scratch a wall, put everything together and placed it where I wanted it and all with a smile. They were very polite too. We went in there looking for a dining room table set and found what we had been looking for, for months, and had yet to find anywhere else. Gloria took her time to show us how the table worked (it had the option to expand) and even took the time to show us options if we wanted to switch any of the chairs around, etc. After seeing that the table set had an associated bedroom set, we went so far as to cancel the bedroom set we'd ordered from another company, as we could tell the quality at Everything Cool far exceeded our initial expectations. This place is a hidden gem! We had ordered a sofa sleeper a couple of weeks ago from another furniture store. It was supposed to be delivered November 20. They called and said it would not be in until December 1. Needless to say we made a decision to go on the greats sofa search. We were able to find Everything Cool Furniture. Ken and Gloria, the owners, said they did have a sleeper sofa available and it was to be a floor model. We saw it, loved it, bought it and it was delivered the next day. We were looking for a nice recliner for our home but could not find what we wanted at a reasonable price near us in Vero Beach. What a fabulous experience we had getting some amazing Polywood backyard furniture! The selection was amazing and Gloria was extremely helpful! If I had bought from polywood directly I would have made two huge mistakes, the color I wanted was darker and turned out to be really hot in the sun! We had a very positive experience with 1Cool furniture. The place lives up to its name as having very cool furniture and also a vast selection of on line furniture. We needed to revamp a very outdated master bedroom with new furniture and what we selected was just perfect! We also ordered bar stools which came in at the wrong height due to our mistake. Gloria was very helpful and fixed it right away! The gel memory foam mattress that we also ordered is very comfortable ! I bought a power reclining sofa from Everything Cool 3 years ago. It had a 5 year warranty. When the power stopped working, the manufacturer would not honor the warranty because they had discontinued that model and no longer had replacement parts. It was a long process and many phone calls.
