I couldn't help but want to grab everything to try on! I ended up finding my dress in the back where the more formal dresses were. I love how the store is color coordinated so it's easy to find things if you have certain colors in mind or favorites. While shopping around I ended up finding a girls day outfit so double whammy and saves me a trip for the next event I needed to shop for. I am horrible at accessorizing and Kaylene was right by the cashier area where the accessories were so I asked her for help. She was so helpful and patient with me as I looked and asked about almost every piece lol we ended up finding a necklace, bracelet and earrings to go with my outfit! I am very happy with my purchase. I also got a mini purse for my daughter and it was on sale for $5! What a deal! All I all in was a great shopping experience and I appreciated all the help I received :) happy customer here!

I don't shop here too often, but when I do I find certain pieces that I actually really like. This store gives me more "raver" and prom vibes more than anything. Their clothes run smaller they're more so fitted for juniors also mentioned by the associates. Associates were welcoming and helpful. Some items I will say are a bit pricy for what they are but some are affordable. Just depends on the material and such. They have a whole fitting room in the back of the store but they block it off completely. But they do have 3 stalls available if you need to try anything on. The line was very long at the time for me. Make sure to ask about return and exchange policies some items are FINAL!!

So many pretty options. They had a panty sale going on and an offer for beauty items. We looked at the sleepwear and workout gear. Tried some items on. There's a tablet in the fitting room which you can use to ask for different sizes. It shows the style and accompanying item. One of the sizes I wanted no one brought and it was marked as not located but I found it on the floor. That was inconvenient as I didn't get to try it. The fitting rooms get busy and you have to wait oftentimes. Associates were fine. The cashier was friendly and sweet. Larger bust sizes are not available in store. Not sure if available online. This store had so many items that it was nice being able to shop the different styles and selections in one spot.

She is ready to retire. She will stay open til it sells. I've been coming here for at least 17 years... probably longer. Happy for her but sad for me. She still has a whole store of items and lots of fabric to choose from for a custom suit. Pick from any of the racks or show her a picture of the style you want and she can custom make you one to have more or less fabric in the places you need. Highly recommend checking her out before she sells. #summerishere

The SHOE attendant ran over to me at the door because my NEIMANS bag broke and my Chanel boxes fell to the floor lol, he replaced the NEIMANS bags and was super helpful. My online ordering experience was smooth and efficient. Payment was processed without any issues,…read moreand I was notified almost immediately that my order was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the pickup experience at the Fashion Show location was disappointing. The associate who assisted me was not welcoming and provided very little communication throughout the process. She asked for my ID, but the order wasn't under my name, and I had to explain whose name it was under. Her lack of communication made the entire interaction confusing. After checking in, I was left standing there with no explanation of what was happening or how long the wait would be (it's was nearly 20 mins). I eventually had to approach her and ask what exactly I was waiting for. Only then did she explain that someone was retrieving the item, needed a key to access it, and was in the process of locating it. That information would have been helpful from the beginning. A simple explanation such as, "Someone is retrieving your order and it may take a few minutes," would have set expectations and made the experience much more pleasant. Instead, I was left standing there wondering whether I had checked in correctly or if something was wrong. Neiman Marcus is known for its customer service, which is why this experience was so surprising. While the online ordering process was excellent, the pickup experience fell well below expectations and left me questioning whether I would use the service again.
