Made an appt on their website which was Super easy and they both responded by text and called within an hour. Was able to get at appointment the next day during my WFH lunch break. Very communicative with text message updates. Showed up on time. They parked their fancy shop van in my driveway (they did ask permission) and set up an a-sign on the sidewalk for others to see. Appt took less than an hour for my 9 blades and 1 shear order. The Sharpener was very polite and professional, I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends and will 100% be using them again in the future.

I don't have pictures from before - but they're covered in scratches now. Nearly perfect surface before. Messed up the profile of the knives as well. It's well enough known, that upon calling a Japanese knife specialist he asked if I had worked with this company. Posting this in hopes of the next who may have destroyed their favorite knives.
