Gold s tars for Everyday Market. They listened to complaints and made a nice ramp and fixed the problem. They were very nice about it.

*** CREDIT CARD SKIMMER ALERT*** Be cautious while fueling…read moreat this location!!!! I used my credit card at one of the fuel pumps and received a call from my credit card company one hour later pretty much asking me if I had went on a shopping spree. I usually check the card reader insert and jiggle it a bit to verify that it has not been tampered with. The skimmers caught me slipping because I was in a good mood and had just left an event nearby. All of the pumps were being used and the car in front of me took longer than usual and I did not notice them actually fueling the entire time. Ugh, hindsight is 20/20. It really is unfortunate that humans do this to each other. If you face the store I used the 3rd pump island from the left on the right side ( I think.) Either way be careful. I will not be stopping at this location again. I went inside of the store to make a cash purchase and the associates were behind bullet proof glass and I was required to hold my items up to the glass for them to be scanned. This gave me the feeling that this location is prone to suspicious activity. If I had known this I would not have stopped at this location. I thought "chip" credit cards were supposed to be safer. After this incident I found that credit card fraud has risen since "chip" cards have become the norm. The only solution for me at this point is to go back to using federal reserve notes (cash... on an aside why are federal reserve notes called that when the federal reserve is not a federal entity but instead a private entity... okay well to be precise it is a public/private structure that operates within the government... an independent central bank... but to coin a phrase from reading rainbow... don't take my word for it... What actually backs out money? Gold or does it just grow exponentially with fractional reserve banking... so the money the skimmers stole actually was not "mine" it was like make believe monopoly money that my credit card company will write off as a loss? and not take the time to investigate cameras in the area or contact the store to check the machines because it is cheaper that way.... Definitely just went on a tangent.... back to the review) and only fuel in gas stations that look like the upkeep is tended to regularly and where the clerks can work without bullet proof glass. In the words of a wise president: "There's an old saying in Tennessee -- I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee -- that says, fool me once, shame on **pause** -- shame on you. Fool me **long pause**-- you can't get fooled again." --Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2002

I don't get out this way all that often, but when I do, I've found this Conoco to be useful. It's…read moresort of a mini-truck stop. They serve a fair amount of the diesel driving crowd here. The interior is well stocked with a wide variety of convenience items as well as some fast food, and the usual pre-packaged snacks. Two checkers keep the line moving quickly inside. Fill 'er up!
