When I called them to discuss they said our trust would run around $2950 and that the coupon was and "old promotional piece". It would not be honored. I can understand the old coupon scenario, but it had no expiration date on it so technically it should have been good regardless. Obviously they would not accept it. After years of procrastination, and more recently, the death of a family member and we realized that nothing was organized (i.e., there was a trust, with no bank accounts in the name of the trust and a home that was never transferred into the trust) we decided that we needed to do better for our kids. It was great to get a more human picture of who we were going to be working with. We spoke with Janice over the phone for 45 minutes to an hour and provided our pertinent information. They do not try to pretend that they are reinventing the wheel. They have a cookie cutter format that they customize to each client and they get the trust written up in a week or two. We reviewed the emailed docs and made any corrections. Then we met at the office with the notary and signed everything. They provide a plastic card for all of the beneficiaries and the actual trust docs in the mail. They also transfer your home title into the trust and provide the paperwork to take the bank.
