I checked out a few tanning places in my area. This one caught my attention because I can use any of the iTan places around. And they have quite a few places to choose from. They are the only tanning place that doesn't close early like all the other places do. And they don't have a strict 24 hour tan session like most others do. As long as it's only once a work day, I don't have to worry about coming the exact time everyday, as my schedule does not allow me to do so. So that was a huge plus for me. The entire staff is very friendly! I was greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Kennie when I first came in to check out the place. She was extremely knowledgeable with all information of the iTan business. She answered all my questions and concerns. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to join or to sign a long term contract. Which I really liked as well. It's a month to month. And a small hold fee if I decide I won't need to tan for a while. Kennie explained each page as to what I was signing during the joining process. Kennie and the manager (oops I forgot her name? So sorry) is always so friendly when I walk in the door and always knows my name! They make me feel special, like we have been friends for years! Lol. The staff is very good at keeping the place clean. The layout of the place may not be the best. If you're looking for fancy? This may not be the place for you? But I'm just in and out for 12 minutes to tan, so I'm not there for fancy. The price is right for what they offer. The only complaint I have is EVERY TIME I have walked into the place to tan, there is country music playing. I love ALL types of music, so I wish they would switch up the channels every once in a while? It would be nice to hear some R&B, jazz, & some hip hop too. lake Elsinor "i Tan" is a smaller salon but it's a goody! I love the friendly atmosphere, the staff and the manager Austin is super nice, makes you feel welcome. its a family feel. I have tanned in the past at numerous locations and I feel they must change out their bulbs regularly, as it seems to tan quiet quickly. where others seem To have taken longer to see effects. Crystal and the other girls are super duper sweet and I love going to this place. Only reason for the 4 stars is because there is no wifi, nowhere to mount my phone while doing the fit wrap (so I can watch something) and the DVD player in the fit wrap room always picks up where the last person left off (not user friendly). My Wife Lisa and I have frequented Tanning Salons for over 20 years.... The ITAN Tanning Salon in Lake Elsinore is a First Class Operation... Every time we stop in for a Tan we are always greeted by a Friendly Staff Member. They seem to never forget our names, and they always ask us how our day is going. Additionally, they are quick to inform us of any current Offers or Specials of the Week. The Salon is Extremely clean and the Tanning Equipment is State of the Art. The Staff is quick to get us into a Tanning Room, and they never forget to ask us if we brought eye protection. We don't know all of the Staff by name, but they are ALL worthy of 5 Stars. I just want to say how great my experience has been. I haven't tanned in years and I would highly recommend this location if you live around the Lake Elsinore area. The staff is amazing the manager Rachel is so informative and really makes you feel like you are apart of the iTan family. Amanda is amazing she really takes the time out to guide each individual in the the right direction when building your tan in the right way. Amanda makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed when she is working and you come in. Sarah is also amazing she also takes the time to take a look at where your tan is and helps put you in the right bed and explains how the different beds work so you get the most out of your tanning session. Check out Dream Tan! Not only does the Versa not work more than 50% of the time, they will charge your card without authorization. Not only is that unacceptable, it's illegal! They have offered the customer to put your account on hold for $5 a month, which is useful for those that don't need to use their services for a period of time. In the past, when I would put my account on hold, it was for a period of 12 months. Now, they just put it on hold until the next month. Bottom line, when a business starts these shady practices, it's usually the start of the end. As I said, I switched to Dream Tan, they have newer beds, new Versa Pro, and it's cheaper by $20 a month! read more

Pretty decent tanning salon right off the 15 and central 74.. I chose the monthly level 1 unlimited tanning eft package for $19.95 a month. It's a pretty mild bed and you can tan for up to 15 minutes. Only complaint is they aren't very good at multi tasking, and if you get stuck behind someone asking a lot of questions and signing up then it might take 5-10 minutes to get into your bed when all they have to do is scan your keychain and give you a room # read more

I still think this place is one of the best spray tanning places that I've ever been too. The only thing I miss about moving from Lake Elsinore is this place. Itan does not have any locations in Orange County area except for San Clemente which is still way out of the way for me. I've gone to other tanning places in the area and none compare to this one because they actually use mystic tanning products and the most update to date spray tanning machines. I've had my membership for spray tanning over a year now and always go to this location since its nearby. Never any complaints except maybe once or twice the spray tan machine was down for maintenance. By the next day it's working again or I just drive to Murrieta. Overall though very happy with everything. I tried the teeth whitening tonight and am surprised at how white my teeth are in one session. Can't wait to go back and try two more sessions now. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in the area for work and was supposed to be there for nearly a year. The company I work for decided to move me to another state, where they don't have an Itan. I called to cancel my tans and was NOT informed that it would have to be done in person or in an email. They continued to charge my account after I had tried to cancel. I went through several channels to try to recover the money I was charged because I will not be returning to the state. The "best" they could do is remove the expiration on my tans and offer an in store credit on merchandise. That's it. Knowing I won't be back, I am livid. I think, in this case, there could be an exception made. Nope. They claim they have no way of giving me my money back. Basically, all they want is your money. They will rush you into signing a contract claiming it'll be cheaper in the long run. If I'd have known then that this would ensue, I would have paid the ten dollars more for just a single tan because I am now out several hundred dollars. They are totally and completely inept and have zero ethic. Worst customer service from staff and managers. read more

The girls are always so nice and know what they're talking about when they recommend products or which bed to use that day! The reason why I am giving so many stars is because of the staff, one employee in particular. Alyson Ellena is an excellent employee. One of the best ee I have seen in a long time. She is an extremely hard worker that stays at work over her shift to help her co-workers and to allow customers to finish and get the job done. I am not a customer that stays after closing however I know from other customers that she does so. She goes to school full time but still comes to work with energy and the best attitude. She never comes across as tired or lazy, and she will go out of her way to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and had a good experience. She listens to you when you have a complaint or concern and figures out a way to resolve it. She is simply amazing, and stands out among several employees in all industries. I previously owned two franchises and have been a director of customer service for a large corporation, Alyson is a great example of what you look for in an employee that you hire and plan on keeping for years to come, to grow with the company and teach others about hard work, integrity and excellent customer service...she's a keeper!
