Would give a zero if I could. Took my kid there, and a day later, I have HHS at my door. Seems like the "counselor" there notified HHS about something that ended up being conpletely unfounded. She didn't even bother to follow up with me or let me know her intentions at all. Really disappointing. read more

That being said, I don't bother to show up on time cause I'm never seen until about 15 minutes past my appointment time. The staff can be a little rude and their communication seems to be poor (they've called me multiple times on the same questions, which they could have just asked the receptionist in the first place!). For my first appointment, I had to wait 4-5 weeks to see someone, in which time I was in crisis. Unfortunately, there just aren't good options for mental health care and these logistical issues are the best I've found. I recommend dealing with the staff and waiting if you can, because the doctors are excellent.

My mistake was meeting with Linnea for health coaching. Just because a certain approach worked for her, she all but called me a liar when I explained why it didn't work for me. When I called her on it, she got mad and said I should take the weekend to decide if I still wanted to continue as a patient. By Monday, though, I was locked out of the portal and no longer had appointments. I don't know if Dr. Teggatz knew anything about this, but I certainly couldn't go back after that. $$$ down the drain, as I was footing the bill myself, without insurance - that's how much I liked this clinic, other than my experience with Linnea.

She did a thorough assessment, explained everything she was going to be doing, had us do several warm-up exercises, adjusted us (WOW!!! SO GOOD), and had us "cool down" as well. She was courteous, thoughtful, and enthusiastic about her specialty. I highly recommend anyone with children, especially impressionable tweens or teens, to visit Dr. Tina as well. Talk about a GREAT ROLE MODEL for my daughter! An added bonus! My daughter and I are both hooked on this great approach to self-care delivered by a fantastic provider. :)
