Apparently my money is different and they don't want it. What I mistook as unwillingness or undo delay to complete some trimming work, was actually McKinney applying their knowledge of this craft and understanding that the trimming of my rose bushes would have possibly killed them all (based on the time of year and the fact that the flowers were in full bloom).
