Nice apartment layouts. Probably the only good thing about this place.
The Property manager is a complete C U Next Tuesday. She couldnt give 2 craps about any of the residents. It's even illegal for her to rent 2 bdrm apt to a woman with 4 kids (3 girls 1 boy+ mother= 5 people!) NYS law.
They say rent is due on the 1st, late by the 11th. Thats a LIE! We were sent into evictions for June rent and it wasnt even June yet it was May 15th! Really?
MAINTENANCE is absolutely horrible, they definetly do more damage than anything. I'm a maintenance guy for another apartment community and I fixed more in our apt the RIGHT way than they ever did.
They dont go in and clean apartments after you leave. When we did our move in inspection, we found mouse shit embedded in the carpet, plus red stains all over the carpet!
If you move here make sure you have a shovel because they NEVER plow. and when they do ever get around to it, if you dont move your car, they will tow it at your expense.
They say they'll give you "salt" for the ice, NO, you have to call and beg for it, then wait to see if they actually bring it to you.
*They advertise Heat And Water and Disposal included. HAHA! Good one! They have only select apartments that include disposal (to "hard" to replace them aka maintenance men are lazy) Theres maybe 30 apartments that "include" heat.
Winter is horrible here- we paid a $350 bill for January, our furnace was broken through Decemeber- Feb, we called MULTIPLE times telling them we had no heat, and the furnace wasnt kicking on. They never showed.
All and all Dont bother with this place, save your money and find something else. read more
