We've been able to cut a lot of it back, but one tree in particular looked too daunting and dangerous for us to try as amateurs, so that's how we found American Tree Experts. The husband and wife team Bill and Stephanie came to our house to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. I texted with the wife for some time on how much they could do, and they sent us a very competitive quote and we signed it, sent it back to them, and they arrived the very next day to do the work. That morning the team arrived, and they were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. I was really impressed with their safety management protocol, using such powerful tools. The cut down work was done in a flash, and then they transitioned to chipping. Once the chipping was done, they raked, swept, and blew away all the debris from the chipping and honestly the area was cleaner than before they started. Such a wonderful surprise! I love the personal accessibility of this team, via phone, text and email. It was a breeze to get a quote, as well as get the work finished, and the price was excellent for how much work this team got done in a very short period of time. The results speak for themselves, and my yard is much safer with this tree removed. I'm glad we found American Tree Experts, and am glad to have started a relationship with a local company for long term work that we know we will need for a pretty overgrown piece of land. Bill came out on Tuesday and was able to squeeze our beautiful tree in on Thursday. His crew was courteous and efficient and cleaned up the area afterward. So, please...if you need any tree work done...call them! They have another business they are getting off the ground making picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. The shop is on Petaluma Boulevard, next to Pinky's Pizza. I'll be their next customer for the outdoor furniture!

The person that scheduled my inspection warned me that they would likely recommend a new roof, but that also they could recommend someone else that could repair mine so I agreed. As expected, I was told they would only quote me for a new roof which was about $100,000. When I asked for a referral for a repair, the person said they don't really know anyone they just refer people to the largest roofing company in the area. What a waste of my time. I was hoping at least to get a referral to a good company.
