After one day, I got a text that is was ready for pickup. They identified the issue and I was on my way. Overall, the guys were professional and their store has a huge amount of equipment for sale. The store was tidy and everyone was helpful. I can definitely recommend this shop/store for any lawn equipment repairs/sales.

Little did I know that Stihl does not keep the dealers stocked on the relevant power units and bars to assemble the saws and make them available for quick pickup. Vision is also nearly impossible to get useful information out of unless you get the one single helpful person there, Todd in power tools, and I suspect others know that too because at times you may be on hold for fifteen minutes or longer waiting to talk to him. He's great, and will tell you all about saws and their options, but the rest of the folks I talked to made me feel like I was bothering them. In any case, thanks to Stihl delays, and lack of communication from the store, two weeks later I still had no chainsaw. I called and cancel and began looking for other local options to get a high end chainsaw. I lucked into finding LESS, they had numerous Husqvarna options in stock, ready to sell. The staff were incredibly helpful, showed me various options suitable for what I wanted it for, gave me an introduction about operating it, and lots of guidance. They also had a 15% off deal going which resulted in me saving several hundred dollars over Stihl for an equivalent saw. At this time, purchasing three pre-mixed oil/fuel cans results in your Husqvarna warranty being extended out to five years, which is incredible for a power tool. I was in and out quickly and it was a fantastic experience. I've since cut down numerous large hurricane-felled trees with zero issues; great saw they matched me with.

Royal Edger & Mower Company - They said I had low compression and should be able to get a couple more jobs out of it LOL Do not bring your stuff here

The carburetor is fine before bringing the salt to them. The saw I had amazing compression when I got the saw back it had a little to no compression we talked three times on the phone and all they mentioned was a bad carburetor and a bad fuel tank Gromit and nothing about the compression. They wanted 400+ to fix the leak and put an OEM carburetor in it. His place is just robbing people because they can't do the work themselves. I had zero time that week to work on it so I brought it to them now I have to rebuild the whole saw.

I Lost everything my home and all of my belongings. I was unexpectedly let go solely for contacting FEMA to find a hotel for my family. The owner Lesa McMullen harassed me while on the phone with FEMA. Even after I informed her respectfully that I was speaking to a FEMA agent she told me " I really don't care who you're on the phone with, now hangup and get back to work." Roy Olivares the GM is completely out of touch and hides behind his 'mother's' Skirt. The guy fired me over the phone and showed himself a coward. Roy is also very disingenuous and will claim that i got fired due to my attitude ask yourself if you just lost everything you owned and the company you worked for showed zero compassion how would you feel? I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of empathy and support from the company. Don't let 'family owed' or 'small business' titles fool you. Obviously Royal only concern is about profits. While I understand businesses face challenges, I believe compassion and understanding are essential during times of crisis. Unfortunately, Royal Edger and Mower fell short in this.
