She is extremely thorough remembers what we discussed during my last visit and has been very accurate in her diagnosis. On a side note she also remembers my family members and always asks about my adult children who live out of state. This is a very busy practice and if you have a minor problem and need to be seen that day the nurse practitioner is always available, but if you have a more serious concern as I recently did Dr. Cotugno will find the time to see you ASAP. The phone tree is set up so you have to leave a message and wait for a return call, which can take several hours or days, depending on the nature of the call. This can be frustrating, and if you happen to be away from your phone at the moment they call you, you have to start over. It would be much more efficient, in my view, if they answered their phones.
