In late 2019, I called a photobooth company to hire them for my wedding, and this company arranged my contract with Events Worldwide OC. Value: Although Events Worldwide OC is not a high-end company, their photobooth rentals are very affordable and hard to beat in terms of price. Design: The team was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I were happy with how the photostrips turned out. Attendant: Due to parking issues, the attendant was quite late for the event. However, he stayed overtime so that guests were able to use the photobooth for the full amount of time that I had paid for. Online Access: I was not given online access to the guest photos within 48 hours (as promised). Management: After I provided negative feedback (attendant being late + no online access), one of the company's managers (Alex) personally called me to discuss the situation. He apologized and made it right. read more

The service at my wedding was exceptional. Couldn't have asked for more. The attendant was nice to my guests and the photo booth was more popular than I thought it would be! I recommend using their greenery backdrop. You won't be disappointed. And lastly, I'm glad they asked me if I wanted them to stay for longer( for a small fee of course) because there was a line and I was happy that everyone was trying to get their pictures. Once again, thank you! read more

Thank you all for making my daughters 16th birthday so memorable and so much fun! You were professional, courteous, accommodating, quick and at responding to questions, reservations, and requests! Thank you for being really affordable, I couldn't have even made it possible for her without the great price point, and I compromised nothing in service! Because the service, and selection for photos were outstanding!! I really can't express you how grateful I really am for creating memories we will always have in those great photo strips! I loved that you had a background theme to choose from and a staff to help create a proof for me, I love the quality of the pictures we received, the kids loved having pictures to take with them, I loved that Hasan our host was so pleasant, calm and polite to the kids and so easy to work with, not just that he contacted me before and after regarding his arrival and was very punctual. I highly highly recommend this Compnay and staff of people for your venue. Everything was taken care of and that makes it so much easier when your one person trying to create something special PS: they also have an option to have a link with ALL the pictures taken sent to you in an email, what a great idea. I was so grateful to exercise that option! read more

Events Worldwide OC - Super cute photo strip with some of our guests - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me - Anaheim, California

I contracted Events Worldwide for an elementary school end of the year party and T, the person they sent out, did a fantastic job. He was on time, courteous and patient, especially having to deal with over a hundred excited kids. He also did a great job with the personalized design. When booking the event there was a minor miscommunication with customer service, but even with that, they were accommodating to the best of their ability. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and use them again for any of my events. read more

Events Worldwide OC - Moulin Rouge 30th Birthday - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me - Anaheim, California

Absolutely awful customer service AND they did not provide print or digital copies! I hired them for my 30th birthday celebration and thought things were fine. Two days prior to my party (10/26), I was called by the manager to change the time of my request. Unfortunately, I needed them there at a specific time and I shared that I could not adjust. The next day (10/27), I received a call from the manager about a free upgrade to a booth that took photo/GIFs + they would send all of the physical print photos on the next business day (10/28). I followed up via phone on 11/1 asking for the status, and they mentioned that they forgot to grab my address at the party! I provided them the address via text and I was expecting them within the week. On 11/11 I sent a text asking about the status and sharing my disappointment and the owner said, "You haven't received them? They were sent last week. I will follow up." It's 1/3/20 and I have not received digital nor print copies. They also contested my credit card dispute even though these copies were stated in the signed contract. Attached is a copy of one of the digital copies a guest received. Outside of unsatisfactory service, they probably decided not to print or send me all of the copies due to the poor quality of what they gave me. I reviewed former reviews and saw that they did the same to other customers despite the other raving reviews. BEWARE - you could be next. read more

I wish i would've reviewed the reviews before making any kind of deal with this poor company! I also found them on Groupon, before purchasing through Groupon I called to verify the date and time was available. STEVE was my sales rep & told me they had a better deal or part of Groupon, I was skeptical at first but because my event was less than 2 weeks away (tomorrow) I went with it! It took about 3 days to take the $150 deposit from my account. Then an employee started wiring $150 to PayPal multiple times. TODAY the owner contacted me to still have his company come out to my event tomorrow & I said no cancel it and he went off on me because I told him I have a police report & reported the fraud to my bank account!! He threatened me and wouldn't let me speak! BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!! DONT GIVE THEM ANY BANK INFO! DONT DO BUSINESS! MY ACCOUNTS ARE NOW FROZEN! MY BANK ACCOUNT IS CLOSED NOW HAVE TO REOPEN NEW ONE! WILL UPLOAD PICTURES WHEN INVESTIGATION IS OVER! THEY CALL FROM MANY NUMBERS, & SO MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE! Some I've dealt with are STEVE, SARAH & the "owner". Area codes 630, 740, 747, 714!! read more

All the reviews are fake. Be aware of this scam. This is not a real events company. They are just trying to scam you of your money.

The scrapbook was so perfect! My mom loved it! Thank you so so much for making this event successful! read more

I've used their photobooth service twice now. One for my bridal shower and the other for my birthday. It's super easy to book and to get a hold of somebody. They have a nice selection of backdrops, props and print layouts. Most importantly, their staff is always on time and friendly. Sara was my attendant for the last event and o would highly recommend her. read more

We rented the enclosed bubble photo booth for our vow renewal. We had about 120 people there. When Hasan arrived, his designated parking spot was taken and I was not available to assist. He quickly found other parking and returned, the spot we were going to set him up in, was too small. I was so busy greeting all guest but he managed to find a suitable spot. He was very kind and courteous. The booth was a hit. From the kids to my grandma, everyone wanted in! The design of the photo strip was quite lovely. The prompts were minimal but just enough. Hasan really made all the difference, thanks for making our night so memorable Hasan! read more

I booked this photo booth online for my daughter's 21st birthday and it turned out amazing. I live in Dallas, TX so it was hard for me to do anything from where I was at, but Events Worldwide made it very easy and simple. Everyone was so professional and reached out to me to go through the whole process to make sure I understand what my package consists of all the way till the day of my party. I was super happy since everything went well and the set up was perfect. The attendant was super friendly and also gave me free digitals as well from the party. I would highly recommend this photo booth company. read more

Celena was amazing! The photo booth was the life of the party! It was such a blast to have it! Recommended for any party! I loved it!

Not only did they come late because of an unforeseen incident but when I called to get a refund they told me the manager would call me back and there's been no contact for 24 hours. It's almost like they know what I am going to say. I am so disappointed because I was expected to pay in full and sign a contract but they did not uphold their end. BEWARE read more

Extremely disappointed with this company, I paid for a service that was NOT provided, NO ONE showed up to my event, they were very difficult to get a hold of the day of my event to find out if they were going to be late or what, so instead I had to email them. I got an email response yesterday 6/9/19. I called the 888 this morning and the guy that answered seemed to be too busy to talk to me, he said someone will call you today or tommorow, all I want is my refund ASAP just as quik as you charged me. I go an email back from Eric apologizing and asked if I can give them a 2nd chance, HECK NO!!! I would not use your company. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. read more

This company surpassed my expectations! The attendant was prompt, courteous and very helpful. The only negative I have is that the memory book that we were given as a part of the package was not a color that matched the decor. Our colors were pink, silver, and black and the color of the memory book was red. Other than that minor detail, our guests enjoyed the booth and the unlimited pictures they took! read more

We had such an amazing time with Sara! I loved her so much! I can't wait for our next event to contact them again! She was very helpful & patient with my guest! The pictures were amazing very good quality and good prints! Such a beautiful experience thank you your one in a million xoxo read more

We used the photo booth services for our wedding this past November. The attendant and quality of the photos were excellent! Our guests had a great time, i definitely recommend a photobooth. Steven was easy to communicate with by email to help us get our photo strip design just right. The only issue was that the printer ran out of ink during the event, however someone was contacted to bring out another cartridge and it was done rather timely. Guests were still able to use the photo booth and the pictures printed afterward. Overall, great experience and value. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would! This is the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with! They were very attentive while we were setting up the event and then it was over! Per contract the attendant would be here to the party at 530 to set up at 605 still no one. We tried calling Steve that we set up the event with numerous times then tried calling the attendant that stated he would be here at 530 and no Answer. We went to voicemail on both people. First of all they should of reached out to the client to let them know they were going to be late. Finally Steve called back and spoke to my daughter at the same time that the attendant pulled up at 610. Steve said we would be taken care of. I am not sure what that means in their place of business since our attendant was Packed up and out the door at 8! We got 36 pictures done and only a 1 hour and 40 min of service. Our contact was not even met! When they say unlimited photos that's because they do them so slow they aren't out anything! I've had numerous photo booths rented before and this is not even a 4th of what we usually get! The next day i reached out by phone and email to discuss the horrible service and of course it took us from Sunday to Tuesday to get help. I was told I'm sorry for your issues you had! That is not ok! ThE time cannot be replaced now my sons high school graduation is over and they breached their contact! They told me they will give me 25.00 credit from the 345 paid and i could not believe them, 25.00 lol well i still have not received my 25.00 credit and again no response. Do not waste your money go to a different place! And ALWAYS read yelp reviews before anything. If i would have they definitely would not of screwed me out of 345.00 and memories i cannot get back! read more

Finally heard back from one of the district managers (Peter). Excellent service! From the booking process to the date of event everyone was very professional and great to work with. They answered any and all questions I had, and customized our photo strip as we wanted even after multiple changes. The attendant (sorry I forgot his name) was great. He was patient with my crazy family and had a smile to greet everyone. He was very understanding when the venue requested he relocate to a different area and I'm very thankful for that. All our guests had a great time using the photo booth. One reccomendation though, add more props. Other than that everything was awesome. Would recommend and use again in the future. Booked this company last minute and they were able to accommodate me perfectly. Couldn't be more impressed with their service!

We hired events worldwide for our wedding and could not be happier with their service! Our guests absolutely loved the photo booth and all the props that were available to them. Perfect Photobooth. The kids LOVED it. I still don't get their system after using them twice... it's like they use an outsourcing service or something with so many different people confirming things... many times asking the exact same questions to confirm which is a little annoying, but I guess it's worth it for the big bubble booth. read more

Alex was super helpful and accommodating for my event needs. I ended up getting a bubble booth package that my guests loved!!
