Absolutely awful customer service AND they did not provide print or digital copies! I hired them for my 30th birthday celebration and thought things were fine. Two days prior to my party (10/26), I was called by the manager to change the time of my request. Unfortunately, I needed them there at a specific time and I shared that I could not adjust. The next day (10/27), I received a call from the manager about a free upgrade to a booth that took photo/GIFs + they would send all of the physical print photos on the next business day (10/28). I followed up via phone on 11/1 asking for the status, and they mentioned that they forgot to grab my address at the party! I provided them the address via text and I was expecting them within the week. On 11/11 I sent a text asking about the status and sharing my disappointment and the owner said, "You haven't received them? They were sent last week. I will follow up." It's 1/3/20 and I have not received digital nor print copies. They also contested my credit card dispute even though these copies were stated in the signed contract. Attached is a copy of one of the digital copies a guest received. Outside of unsatisfactory service, they probably decided not to print or send me all of the copies due to the poor quality of what they gave me. I also found them on Groupon, before purchasing through Groupon I called to verify the date and time was available. STEVE was my sales rep & told me they had a better deal or part of Groupon, I was skeptical at first but because my event was less than 2 weeks away (tomorrow) I went with it! It took about 3 days to take the $150 deposit from my account. Then an employee started wiring $150 to PayPal multiple times. TODAY the owner contacted me to still have his company come out to my event tomorrow & I said no cancel it and he went off on me because I told him I have a police report & reported the fraud to my bank account!! I've used their photobooth service twice now. One for my bridal shower and the other for my birthday. It's super easy to book and to get a hold of somebody. They have a nice selection of backdrops, props and print layouts. Most importantly, their staff is always on time and friendly. We rented the enclosed bubble photo booth for our vow renewal. We had about 120 people there. When Hasan arrived, his designated parking spot was taken and I was not available to assist. He quickly found other parking and returned, the spot we were going to set him up in, was too small. I was so busy greeting all guest but he managed to find a suitable spot. We used the photo booth services for our wedding this past November. The attendant and quality of the photos were excellent! Our guests had a great time, i definitely recommend a photobooth. Steven was easy to communicate with by email to help us get our photo strip design just right. The only issue was that the printer ran out of ink during the event, however someone was contacted to bring out another cartridge and it was done rather timely. The only negative I have is that the memory book that we were given as a part of the package was not a color that matched the decor. In late 2019, I called a photobooth company to hire them for my wedding, and this company arranged my contract with Events Worldwide OC. Value: Although Events Worldwide OC is not a high-end company, their photobooth rentals are very affordable and hard to beat in terms of price. Design: The team was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I were happy with how the photostrips turned out. Attendant: Due to parking issues, the attendant was quite late for the event. However, he stayed overtime so that guests were able to use the photobooth for the full amount of time that I had paid for. Online Access: I was not given online access to the guest photos within 48 hours (as promised). Management: After I provided negative feedback (attendant being late + no online access), one of the company's managers (Alex) personally called me to discuss the situation. If i could give 0 stars i would! This is the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with! They were very attentive while we were setting up the event and then it was over! Per contract the attendant would be here to the party at 530 to set up at 605 still no one. We tried calling Steve that we set up the event with numerous times then tried calling the attendant that stated he would be here at 530 and no Answer. We went to voicemail on both people. First of all they should of reached out to the client to let them know they were going to be late. Finally Steve called back and spoke to my daughter at the same time that the attendant pulled up at 610. Steve said we would be taken care of. I am not sure what that means in their place of business since our attendant was Packed up and out the door at 8! We got 36 pictures done and only a 1 hour and 40 min of service. Our contact was not even met! When they say unlimited photos that's because they do them so slow they aren't out anything! I've had numerous photo booths rented before and this is not even a 4th of what we usually get! The next day i reached out by phone and email to discuss the horrible service and of course it took us from Sunday to Tuesday to get help. I was told I'm sorry for your issues you had! That is not ok! ThE time cannot be replaced now my sons high school graduation is over and they breached their contact! They told me they will give me 25.00 credit from the 345 paid and i could not believe them, 25.00 lol well i still have not received my 25.00 credit and again no response. Excellent service! From the booking process to the date of event everyone was very professional and great to work with. They answered any and all questions I had, and customized our photo strip as we wanted even after multiple changes. The attendant (sorry I forgot his name) was great. He was patient with my crazy family and had a smile to greet everyone. He was very understanding when the venue requested he relocate to a different area and I'm very thankful for that.
