I saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered that had already been there for several hours, and they were gorgeous! Fresh, vibrant, and looked just like the pictures on the Florist website! The person I placed the Flowers with, Amy, could not have been more pleasant. I commend the florist on their good work, and it was an Ai search on Copilot that told me this was the best Florist in the area. I think Copilot did a great job Choosing Carrollwood Florist!

It's really a simple design with photos sent as a sample white with gold accents The arrangement turned out okay, but for the price, $90 the flowers were a bit smaller than expected. Ribbons were also not as put together as other places we've ordered , boutonniere ribbon started falling out within 30 minutes. overall value compared to the cost could be better.

It was a busy time but when I called to find out, the person I spoke with could not find it and seemed very confused and asked to call me back after waiting for a while. If you own a flower shop, it might be a good idea to write the person's name on the card, this seems like something that would happen often in a flower shop. Disappointing.

The array of beautiful flowers/greenery the shop utilizes is whimsical and top-notch and unique. Go ahead, peep their IG page but don't be surprised if you get addicted to viewing the beautiful creations. Hyde Park Village IG often features beautiful arrangements on their page from Florist Fire. They certainly are an asset to Hyde Park Village. The owner, Gayle, runs a tight ship and she seems to employ only the very talented floral designers. Her weddings and venue stylings are stunning! She also offers workshops on how to make your own arrangement and flower crown ones as well-how cool! Gayle is very passionate about her line of work and its evident she loves sharing her passion with others! The first time I received flowers from here they were from my family. What a gorgeous array of types of flowers and colors were employed. I have popped in on occasion to buy loose flowers as well. The stems she has are beautiful! I also ordered a floral crown for my maternity (pregnancy) shoot that I did, as the silk crowns the photographer offered were nice but I had seen what nice work FF does with crowns and I knew I wanted one! April came through for me and delivered a beautiful crown with florals in the color palette I requested that morning I spoke with her and she only took around an hour to create it! I was amazed! (I ordered one a few days in advance but somehow the time was overlooked). I appreciated the expedited order and the stellar customer service I received from April! She even noticed I had called before the shop opened at 10am (caller ID because I didn't leave a message) and she returned my call unprompted. What great service! I highly recommend Florist Fire and look forward to patronizing them again in the future.

My daughter and four of her friends wanted to make their own bouquets for Homecoming photos, so I was trying to create an at-home flower bar for five teenage girls. I had no idea where to start, but Jeremy immediately knew exactly what I needed. He helped me choose the flowers, asked for the girls' dress colors so he could coordinate everything, selected matching ribbons, and even texted me photos of inexpensive supplies I could pick up to finish setting up the flower bar at home. When my daughter and I picked up the flowers, Jeremy brought us into the back of the shop and personally showed us how to arrange and wrap the bouquets. That extra time and attention made such a difference. The flowers were gorgeous and incredibly fresh. We had mini calla lilies, spray roses, Gerber daisies, carnations, mini carnations, greenery, and two boutonnières. The girls had so much fun making their bouquets, they looked beautiful in the Homecoming photos, and the flowers stayed fresh for days afterward. What makes The Nature Shoppe stand out is the service. Jeremy doesn't simply fill an order. He listens, offers ideas, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about making the experience special. Beautiful flowers, exceptional service, and the kind of personal attention that is increasingly hard to find. 12 out of 10 for the flowers...and even higher for the service. I will absolutely continue recommending Jeremy and The Nature Shoppe Florist.
