Hammersmith Apollo reminds me of Brixton a bit from inside, but I think it is a little larger. They both host a variety of bands (my brother is going to see Saxon tonight- whooop!) and also comics, for example Jimmy Carr is going to be on in December. Nice. My brother dragged me off to see Juda Priest with him once, which was , fascinating and amazing and god awful. Still, it all is a matter of taste and the venue did its job well. On a brighter note, I caught the Kings of Leon there, during a time in which I utterly loved them, and that was a brilliant night! Drinks prices are average for a venue of such magnitude- try and sneak a little something in!

Look no further for a great selection of live bands, comics, tribute bands, has been's and kiddie shows. Wonderful venue with an oldie world feel to it. Good access on the tube and roads, but don't bank on getting a decent drink at the interval. Go for a pre dinner drink in the many pub's etc in and around Hammersmith and then head over for the show. You go here because there is a specific reason to, not because you fancy seeing a show. Check out the website, see if you fancy anything and then plan an evening out in Hammersmith, It could be worse. A great venue for both the acts' of today and also those that may be on the way down but are still worth going to see. I saw Billy Connolly here once and it was a great night. You get a real sense of occasion here, don't know why but it feels special.

Great venue for a gig! I've seen Radiohead and most recently Neil Young here, both great gigs. Standing downstairs for Radiohead was great. You can get really close to the stage and see everything. For Neil I had circle tickets that Rhodri had somehow managed to score from cancellations (tip - it's well worth ringing the venue to check, it was sold out months ago!) The circle is also a great view and the acoustics are spot on - you can hear everything. The only downside is the abysmal beer situation. Yet again a Carling sponsor deal wrecks what otherwise would be a 5 star venue.

This is a story with a suitable mix of happiness and sadness, inextricably linked. So the Apollo is definitely one of my favourite venues, the necessary carpet and still stale stench of smoke in yesteryear paving the way for some truly iconic musical legends to grace the expansive stage. Last night was no exception, as Miss Tori Amos played a rousing set that smacked the keys of nostalgic and made me emotional. Now I'm going to harp on regarding her impeccable performance, but moreover the awful experience my friend and I suffered at the hands of a Gumtree ticket fraud who had sold me fake Ticketmaster tickets after meeting him to collect them. I had to buy new seats up in the gods. I won't elaborate any more, however a cautionary tale to all the honest, hard working people out therebe EXTREMELY careful when picking up bootleg tickets from strangers, fraudsters are bloody clever and can/will rip you off!

I went to the Hammersmith Apollo to see Goldfrapp last week.Whilst the venue itself is stunning, the decor is lovely Art Deco, there were a few issues for me. Firstly, the bar was hugely overpriced. Why do music venues do this? It was £9.60 for two drinks. This seriously put a dampner on our enjoyment. Upstairs, the bar outside the circle seating is lovely. There is a kidney-shaped balcony in the middle lined with two-seater chairs. We managed to grab one of these and enjoyed the pre-gig buzz - it would have been nice to enjoy a few more drinks at this point too. The seats themselves were super-tight with literally no leg room. I wasn't keen to spend £2 per item at the cloakroom so I was loaded up with my handbag, cardigan and winter coat on my lap, which was not very comfortable. I would try to get standing seats at this venue in future.

Excellent concert venue. Staff were friendly and organized, and very accommodating to concert goers. I attended two gigs here in which people queued for a very long time to get a good position. The staff made sure that those queuing were safe and able to enter the venue in order. The venue itself was lovely. Massive but still felt quite intimate in many ways. Low stage, and barrier not far from the stage. Incredible acoustics. Helpful security-provided us with water and were super fast at helping people in need. Perfect concert experience from start to finish.
The hubby and I saw Standup for Shelter at the Apollo last night. We laughed a lot. I even cried because I laughed so hard. Ah, I love times like those. Hammersmith Apollo, now known as Eventim Apollo, is large and in charge. The size of this venue is so deceiving from the exterior. Who knew such a large theatre existed, literally, a few feet from Hammersmith station? Side note: Our seats were located in Circle Block 4, Row H. So, the second row of the second balcony. And located next to the hallway wall. I would say that they were in an unfortunate location. In the middle of the theatre but next to a wall. Our seats were a bit too far back for my liking. It was hard to see the comedians and, at times, the sound was a bit too loud/muffled. I think if we'd sat any further back, this review would be written slightly less positive. It's a big venue and a big stage and a single person on stage looks like an ant. We arrived about 30 minutes prior to start time and the bars inside (multiple bars on multiple levels) were packed. We skipped drinking and went straight to our seats. The ushers were friendly and guided us to our seats - no issues there. There were also no issues with row or seat numbering in our section though I do know that this theatre recently underwent £5M top-to-bottom renovation which was completed in September 2013, so perhaps this issue was sorted during the refurb. It looks fab. The seat width was great but the legroom, not so much. The seats have an unnecessary generous rounded back to them and since they are staggered (to prevent people staring at the backs of heads), the rounded seat-back falls right at your knees. I can say that after 1.5 hours of sitting, I was ready to get up and stretch my legs. And just as I had that thought, intermission hit BUT due to the location of our seats and the short 20-minute intermission, we actually never left our seats. Would I return to the Apollo? Of course! Would I pay extra for seats closer to the stage? Yes. read more
Came here for a show and this was my first time here. I've seen lots of acts come here but we got free tickets and looks like a great venue. I'd like to come back and see another show here. Also took a peek downstairs and the seating there is pretty good too. read more

Purchased 2 VIP tickets to the "batman 1989 in concert" in February this year. When we arrived on the night we were told that the exclusive merchandise bags were had paid for as part of the VIP tickets were unavailable and would be sent out later. Nearly May 2026 and still have not received the merchandise bags. Have emailed customer services 3 times all without reply and no one in the box office ever answers the phone or responds to call backs. Appalling customer service and still no resolution to tickets we have paid almost 100 pounds each for!! read more
We had a great experience at this venue watching Alan Carr. The seats we had were reasonably priced and had a great view; circle row C. I would say however that £18 for two cans and a packet of crisps is way too much. read more

It's called an A/C!!! Or air conditioning if you don't do abbreviations. You can even do fans, whatever! But cramming hundreds of people into a venue and not supplying any air flow for 2 hours is torture. I will not be coming back there unless they install A/C! Totally ruined the Louise CK experience for all of us. read more
The Apollo in Hammersmith is a lot like the Brixton Academy. Comparable size, a very cool old building. The interior is nicer than Brixton, with a nice benched upstairs bar area that overlooks the lobby. The fixtures in the hall are nicer too, with some ornate detailing. They have stalls/standing downstairs and seats upstairs (and upstairs is reserved seating). If the act is a milder one, then they can put in seats downstairs, too, but they keep them out for the lively ones. Sound is good. It's easy to get close to the soundboard area, which is in the middle of the floor near the back. It's wide, so you can pack a lot of people in relatively closely. The floor slopes downwards to the stage, making it easier to see (not so much that someone really tall right in front won't block you, though). There are railings in the middle of the floor that mean that surging mosh crowds up front are kept separate from the majority of people who want to just stand or jump or dance. They serve hot dogs and some other food in the lobby, though I wouldn't recommend them. They have toilets upstairs, and at the front sides of the hall. There are a couple of long bars in the lobby and upstairs. There are bars inside the concert hall, but these aren't always opened. Not cheap, of course. I rate the Brixton Academy just slightly higher than here, though I'd be hard-pressed to describe exactly why. The live excitement vibe just seems more palpable at Brixton, somehow. There's really not much between, them, though, and they're both excellent places to see bands. Capacity is around 4000. I've seen bands like Primal Scream, The Flaming Lips, Robert Plant, Jimmie Vaughan, Motorhead, Sarah Maclachlan, Oasis, Tool, Sigur Ros, Guns 'n' Roses, and Henry Rollins there. read more
Great venue for the best artists who come to town! A very similar layout to the Brixton academy, though I think there is more capacity. The queue arriving was packed but this moved down extremely rapidly. It definitely helps if you have advance tickets. I recently went to see a R&B superstars concert here and the sound and lighting was amazing. I could hear each act very clearly an although there was a lot of talking and movement you were still drowned out by the fabulous sound. Standing is a good option as you can get right up and close with the stars (that's if you get there early). However, I was a sitting customer in the far back upper balcony. Even though I was at the top I think I had a better view than everyone standing downstairs. I could view the whole stage and had the comfort of sitting down once I had worn out my legs from dancing! The toilets were upstairs in the bar area from the foyer, queueing wasn't too bad considering the amount of people that were there, I'd say 10 minutes tops. Leaving the venue was extremely quick and all local buses and Hammersmith station are right outside the concert hall. There are also bars, restaurants, and Westfield shopping centre close by so the location is ideal. A great local venue in a buzzing area. Would definitely recommend. read more
It always seems a little weird writing a Yelp review of a music venue - it's not like someone is going to decide to go to see a band just because of the fantastic venue. But, just in case this sets your mind at rest: The Hammersmith Apollo is A-OK. Fairly similar in size to the Brixton Academy, it has a fairly similar feel, though I would say the vibe is a little more about the show and a little less about the music (if that's not too obscure a differentiation). It's vastness is a bit of a problem. Though the atmosphere is pretty good most of the time, if you're standing downstairs the crowd spreads so far back from the stage that unless you get there early, or you're mutantly tall, sightlines are going to be an issue. Of course, that's always going to be a problem for a venue of this kind of size (and I happily confess my preference for more intimate venues). I find the main difference to the Brixton Academy is the feel of upstaris. If you're towards the back or the sides, you really can feel a bit out of it in the Hammersmith Apollo, so I'd be reticent to find myself again. Even the might Fleet Foxes struggled not to make you feel like you were looking down on somebody else's concert. The drinks are, predictably, the usual run of overpriced, watered-down, and unimaginative Generic Lagers and Wines. read more

What a lovely venue. Of course, the fact that I saw Jonsi really does contribute to a five star rating, BUT I'm here to rate the Apollo! Which is a fine venue that has two bars, quick service and checks, and with friendly, helpful staff. I saw in the circle area, and I could see everything as long as the girl in front of me didn't move. Unfortunately, she moved like a little boy that had to pee and so I just scooted a seat over to enjoy the show. Other than that, if I weren't so short, the view would've been perfectly fine. Hammersmith Apollo does it right when they slant the seats enough so that your view isn't blocked. The other half of the venue was for standing, and judging by the stamping of feet (that thundered the whole stadium during the encore) people loved it down there. The sound quality is good, especially since I had my ears blown out at Water Rats Theatre, it was really a treat to hear quality volume at a concert. Good stage setup as well. Two complaints: Not sure if the slow preparation between acts was their fault. But it was dreadfully long - also, if the doors are to open at 7, it would've been nice to be warned that there was an opening act that wouldn't play until 8, and that the actual concert wouldn't start til 9:30. If I knew, I wouldn't have been so cranky waiting. read more

I have mixed feelings about the Hammersmith Apollo. On the one hand I think it is a stunningly beautiful venue. I feel classy just being in the place and it adds to the sense of occasion of the show. Even being outside or in the bar, you can sense a real buzz and atmosphere which is enjoyable to soak up. The entry process is quick and simple to. Upon my visits, rather than queue up for ages, entry involved approaching a random door, having your ticket scanned with a little beeping machine and in you go which removes one of the hassles of going to a big concert. My events have been all seater which has pleased me as unlike a standing gig, you do not fear losing your position or view of the stage. That said, my view of the stage has never been that tremendous. I went to see Norah Jones last year and was seated in Row 26 on the ground floor although judging from my view you would not have figured that. The stage seemed miles away and Norah was a tiny figure in the distance. The seats appear to be quite spread out and far from the stage and so if you can get front row seats for a show then it might be worth splashing out the extra for a ticket. The ushers were also helpful in helping my find my seat after the lights went down for the support act. There was also a limited drinks choice too. When I asked for a pint of Guinness I was told that they did not sell it and the main option for beverages was Carling. Personally I don't mind Carling but I can see for other people that this might cause a problem. read more
If you're going to watch one band at Hammersmith Odeon, and yes I did just call it the Odeon... because it will be always that to me despite who owns it and who brands it with their own corporate ownership. It has to be Motorhead. Always a fixture on their tour - they famously created the album No Sleep Til Hammersmith as the Odeon would inevitably finish their UK tours. The venue in itself is steeped with so much history, that anybody that I know who has had the chance to play there is almost overwhelmed by it from seeing their favourite bands play there over the years. And sure enough, in case you're wondering... yes I have seen Motorhead play here. And they suffer from a very similar affliction to Oasis. They have one good song, and they play over and over again all night but you know what, it is a fantastic song! By the time that we get to Overkill in the set, things are really flying and by Ace Of Spades the place is going nuts. And in true style the set ends with Lemme turning up ALL of the controls on his amp, (not just the volume) and playing the last song with everything louder than everything else! As I walked to Hammersmith station the feedback from leaving his bass against the amp was still ringing out and even as I departed and went underground I could still hear it feeding back from all of that distance away! This is the dirty secret that people don't want you to know nowadays is that the real innovators really do not care and really go for it and don't give a flying fook where as the posers do things for publicity reasons. So onto the venue, it is very much a typical London music venue, whereby the charm and the history overtake the cleanliness. What it lacks in nice toilets and gourmet cuisine, it really makes up for when it comes to atmosphere and charm. There is pretty much not a bad seat in the house with views on the upper levels or as on many occasions, I have been right down at the front with the rest of the crazies, slamming away and really feeling the music. I love this place. read more
I've visited the Apollo three times in three decades. Once as a teen in the 90s watching catchphrase comedy TV sketch show the Fast Show. 'Suits you sir'. I remember thinking how large the venue was, and how tiny they all looked on the stage. Then again I visited in the early noughties. For Kylie Minogue was doing her camptastic 'Love Boat' tour. Ahoy there sailors! Downstairs in the stalls I remember thinking the opposite to my last trip. It really isn't that big at all is it? Oooh and how close do all those sailor boys look? I could almost reach out and touch their perky white hats. Of course pop princess Kylie still looked tiny, because, well she is, but great hot pants love. My final visit to the Apollo was in 2014 for queen of the mountain herself, Missus Katherine Bush. She intended this to be a seated theatrical spectacular and it was beautiful. The sound and venue acoustics were glorious, like her voice. Despite paying a fortune for the seats we were upstairs and there was a big male head in my way - making my experience a rather uncomfortable leaning to the side experience. Sadly it was a limited view, but the Apollo isn't a huge venue and it wasn't too awful. You could see far less in other bigger gig venues and pay more for the privilege (and I have in the past) so I appreciate that Kate chose something more intimate for her extravaganza. read more
James Arthur had a sold out concert here and I got a ticket! Yay I wouldn't call the Hammersmith Apollo the best venue for concerts ever... There is no real standing area and concert with so many seats to me just doesn't seem right. Obviously we didn't sit down the whole time but you weren't allowed to stand away from your seat into the aisle which would have been great. There was a couple that had seats in front of us and they were very unlucky since their seats were across the aisle and they were not allowed to stand together. I mean what is the problem with that? James Arthur was great but the venue could be better! read more

Saw Lana Del Ray here on May 20th. She was fab and so was the venue. Entry was quick and efficient, we barely queued. Sound was pretty good, stage was of decent size and we had a great view of it. Drinks are typical London prices - 4.50 or 5 for a pint of beer. Sorry I can't recall details. Anyhow, 5 stars. read more
Great location as it's really easy to get to from Hammersmith station. We went to see Derren Brown and we were in the stalls but near the back. It's sloped a bit so I had no trouble seeing, even though I'm 5ft so often find it difficult to see over people in the theatre. The only problem we had with the Apollo was that it was unbearably hot. People were fanning themselves with their tickets or programmes. It was pretty uncomfortable and sweaty! I can't comment on the view from the balcony but it looked like the view would be pretty good wherever you sit and I'd say don't be put off by lower price seats at the back in the stalls as it was fine. I'd see another show there for sure. I'd also highly recommend seeing Derren Brown as he was amazing! read more
Apollo is a nice curved building from the front. The venue is reasonably big in size and has stalls for seating as well as the grand circle. The décor inside the theatre is really nice as well I really like the chandelier type lights either side and the gold paint used around. Earlier this year I went along and watched Eurovision 60th anniversary and more recently Dynamo. When I went and saw Eurovision it was more on the first come first served as there was no seating downstairs but there was seating which could be booked for upstairs (all tickets had to be booked months in advanced and sold out immediately). When we was let in even though we was right near the front of the que it was not done very well as some people that was behind me got through the doors before us as they had opened several doors up and depending which staff member you got all determined the speed you got through and unfortunately ours was slow so when we got in we had to run to the front and even then we was at the side and not central. Dynamo was done differently as seating throughout downstairs and upstairs (tickets had to be prebooked online/via phone). The seats were ok but bit hard and a bit cramped but the show that Dynamo laid on was WOW !!!!!, truly amazing, outstanding, magical, out of this world ......... One of the best magic shows I have ever seen even better than the ones I saw in Las Vegas. I highly recommend to anyone if you can get a ticket to see Dynamo. read more

One of my absolute favourite mid-size gig venues - it's an exciting place to be part of live music, great for bands that are big but not with big enough egos or fanbases to fill arenas! :-) The floor slopes and there is a balcony space, the perfect environment for proper fans and a proper moshpit! read more

I went to see The Script in Hammersmith Apollo in September 2010! The setup was general admission standing downstairs and seating on the balcony upstairs. Whilst I love the decor with it's old school converted theater and chandeliers on the side, I wasn't a particular fan of the acoustics that night. I found the singer's voice didn't come out that clearly and have definitely experienced better sound at concerts in other venues. One definite plus for short people, is the fact that a large part of the downstairs floor is slanted so it was the best standing view I had in a long long time without having to resort to sitting on someone's shoulders! Admittedly, a decent proportion of The Script fans did happen to be girls who weren't particularly tall which definitely helped my cause! Also, the guys managing the entrance was very helpful. I had a ticket for a friend who was running extremely late and the guy checked both tickets I had on me to make sure I left the unscanned one at the boxoffice for her! read more

London... I'll admit, I'm not a fan. I'm a country girl, and the thought of all those people and buildings fills me full of dread. So I avoid it like the plague... BUT, sadly sometimes you just gotta go, cos all the good stuff happens there. Like going to see Billy Connolly last night at the HMV Apollo. I won't rave about Billy Connolly, cos ultimately this is a review of the Apollo, but I will say I laughed so much I could hardly breathe, and wished I'd worn waterproof mascara. So, was worth braving the big city. Sat navved it there - much braver bf drove. Looped the bloody venue a good 7 or 8 times. Roads are crazy, can't see lane markings, and everyone coming at you from everywhere! Parking not the easiest at this venue, but eventually stumbled upon the Novotel and parked here. £12 for 3 1/2 hours! Was just glad to be out of the one way loop! It's about a ten minute walk. So - if you're travelling there, go on the train! Wished we had gone on the bike, but tis bloody cold out there at the mo, and it's a 2 hours journey. As for the inside of the venue, it's quite retro and I'm loving the architecture. Sound is good. It is however, very cramped and really hard to get past people to your seat. I kept accidentally feeling the leg of the woman next to me...We were fairly high up and still got quite a good view. The drinks prices are unbelievable - or maybe that's just London I don't know, but 2 pints of lemonade cost us £7.50! Had to queue for ladies loos, as always, doors didn't lock, some loos blocked. It has that stick to the floor feeling you normally get at 3am leaving a grotty club, except this was going in at 7.30pm. Still, didn't detract from the enjoyment of the gig, but I do much prefer the NEC! read more

A really nice venue which is only a few minutes away from the tube station and shopping centre. It took me ages to get to from Waterloo station though but that may just have been because of a problem with tubes on the day. It is a standing and seating venue and I found it easy to see even from fairy far back. Some really good bands go here. They won't let you take your own drinks it. Just inside you can buy merchandise and hot dogs. There are a few bars around the place that are quite expensive. The toilets are easy to get to but the queues get very long. read more

I visited this venue a couple of weeks ago to see a band play. We payed £35 for each ticket which was quite costly although that may have had more to do with the band that the venue. The venues closest tube station is Hammersmith although this is still a 5 - 8 minute walk which can seem a lot longer at the end of the night. Inside in the bar area it is clean but the interior is quite dated and in need of a little moderisation. Drinks are also reasonably priced. The actual stage are is nice, view of the stage is good from all of the seats and it has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The only downside is the lack of toilets There were only 4 toilets for half of the stalls!! There were about 40 people in the queue at one point. read more

This venue is physically average. Not too big, not too small, nicely sloping towards the stage to allow the shorter among us to see. I saw the Flaming Lips here, and I'm not sure who to credit, the band for devising such a spectacular show, or the venue for managing to support it. The show ended in confetti pouring down on the crowd, the screen behind the band was playing constant ambient images. So like I said, I'm sure the Flaming Lips deserve credit for devising such antics, but it would take a special venue to handle these antics. If you want to see a band who's live shows include more than just music, see them here. read more

My favourite venue in London for gigs! Saw J.Cole here on 1st December 2013. Entry was quick and efficient, no crazy queues for the bar, cloakroom or toilets, great view of the stage wherever you stand (in the stalls), sound is great, the venue is nice and clean. Easy access from Hammersmith station through the Broadway Shopping Centre. Always happy to go to gigs here! read more

Feeling a bit aged these days and not quite up to the standards of modern venues this place still rocks. On this occasion I went to see American Idiot the Musical which was fantastic. The set was brilliant and the whole place had a great buzz to it. The great thing about this place is it's versatility, great for shows and great for rock concerts. The location is right opposite Hammersmith tube station which makes it very easy to find and there are plenty of places around for a bite to eat or a few pre-show drinks. Don't bother drinking in the venue as it is pretty expensive and not great quality in my experience - The Trout in the tube station is a better bet! If you want to visit a good old fashioned British feeling venue then you can't really go wrong here. A very enjoyable experience. The only advice I really have is don't bother turning up too early as although the main entrance was open they did not actually let us in to the actual theatre until around 15 mins before the start. I can only assume they do this to trap you in the foyer in the hope that you will purchase over priced drinks! read more

Have seen a few bands play here and was always unhappy about air conditioning (either none, or too much of it!) The acoustics are good though and overall a fun experience! read more
The Eventim Apollo, formerly known as the HMV Apollo and Hammersmith Apollo, is place I frequent a few times a year to go to gigs. It's one of my preferred gig venues in London, most recently I watched D'Angelo perform and it was fantastic. The sound quality is always brilliant there. Of course on any given gig day you will find ticket touts loitering outside trying to buy/sell tickets but that happens just about every where. *11pm curfew. read more
Great venue, came here to see a recording of Live at the Apollo. Throughly enjoyed myself, had great seats and the acts were really good. Spotted a few celebrities as well, would definately come back. The location is great and very accessible. read more

I was here to see The Cult and I must say the venue was bigger than I expected. BUT then again it's not huge, so you can see properly from everywhere (the floor slants upwards and there is a balcony level too) and it's intimate enough for an atmosphere to come up. Also the venue is pretty close to the tube (about 3 min walking). The only thing I was not too fond of, as always, the bathrooms. Despite that I would definitely go back to the Hammersmith Apollo to check out another band. read more

Been here about 3 times to see music acts. I do like the venue. The queues to get in move quickly. The location is quite easy to get to. Once inside you split. Those upstairs get a bar and over crowded toilets. Those downstairs move through into the stalls, which is standing area for concerts. Upstairs you are better off going through to the balcony and using toilets there. The balcony is very large, so those at the back will not get a good view. The place has a good atmosphere though and is great for those that don't want to go for a stadium gig. read more

A classic venue. I've been here for standing-only gigs and for seated performances. Great sightlines, good sound, and a fabulously easy to get to location. Downside: as usual, the lack of sufficient women's restroom facilities makes the interval a bit of a race. But that's all-too-standard. I quite like the Apollo! read more

Seen a few shows here when I lived in West Kensington. I loved that it was close by and a lot of my favorite bands were coming through. Great venue. read more
Great gig venue. I love the sloped floor it means you can see almost everywhere you stand. Like so many of it's kind this is a refurbed theater. Good sound quality means the bands you see here won't fall short (that is if they are good bands!). but as usual if you're drinking at a gig, it isn't cheap and the choice is limited, so my suggestion is have a few before you get here. read more

I have been to the Hammersmith Apollo twice, once to see Jimmy Carr last Christmas and Frankie Boyle yesterday both shows were very good so funny! I am just quite shocked at how sticky the floor was like no kidding last night I was walking out after the show and the floor was so sticky my feet kept coming out of my shoes whilst they stuck to the ground, I had to hold on to my boyfriend to stop walking out of my shoes! the seats are a little cramped! I like the design and how old the building is but I think it could be revamped a bit and they need to get rid of that sticky floor hazard or what!! read more

I like this venue for standing gigs, but I have seen a few musical type shows and the place just seems a bit dingy. It's fairly intimate and as such you don't have to worry about leaving at the end, as you'll get on a tube fairly quickly, unlike other less central and larger venues. Personally I prefer smaller venues, ok the acoustics might not be so good, but again, you're close to the band and can see them without screens and that's what I want with gigs. read more

Have been here a number of times. Its easy to get to, and has a nice vibe. Just wish the seats had more legroom.

Good Venue and well located. Plenty of pubs or food outlets to go to before the gig,
