I rented the place for 150 guests but was told 2 months before my wedding when I sat down with one of the coordinators, that they could only seat 130 comfortably.... 2. They claim they are apart of the church and the renting of the venue supports their expenses HOWEVER I caught them lying about this multiple times and I have text proof of them attempting to change my chairs and back ground becuase they "belonged to the church which was completely seperate from the venue" but when I first toured the sales pitch was that the espenses help the church and mission expenses?? 3. Invoice issues, I have an accounting background and I kept noting that my invoices were increasing over time as if it was accumulating interest, then I noticed a "credit card fee" that kept fluxating and get this, it wasnt a third party charging the sketchy fee it was them manually editing the invoice. AND my payments were being made in cash so why was this fee on there in the first place? 4. They kept my deposit because they found a vape, and vaping is against their rules. When I asked for a picture they blocked me and then cashed my $1000 check. Oh and they tried using my wedding as content and they blocked me on social media as well LOL TRASH PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. NOT TO MENTION THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS PLACE, TOILETS NOT WORKING, OVERGFLOWING TRASH CANS, SMALL PARKING LOT ( ANOTHER THING WE WERE LIED TO ABOUT, THEY TOLD US BY THE TIME WE HAD OUR WEDDING THE PARKING LOT WOULD BE EXTENDED, THAT WAS A LIE) THE HORRIBLE HVAC SYSTEM THEY HAVE, THE CLUELESS OWNER AND STAFF MEMBER THAT WAS LEFT AS A VENUE COORDINATOR COULD NOT EVEN PULL BACK BLINDS, SECURITY HAD TO HELP CAUSING ME TO GO DOWN THE ISLE AT THE WRONG TIME. I COULD GO ON AND ON. there are so many other kind, legit venues to go with in lubbock. I would recommend anywhere else!

This was a serious oversight that put our pets at risk. To make matters worse, the customer service was rude and unprofessional when we reached out about the issue. What should have been a thoughtful anniversary gift turned into unnecessary stress. Save your money and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of florists who pay attention to customer requests and care about the safety of their customers' pets.

She suggested an even exchange, but would not be able to guarantee it via delivery, like the original order. We even offered to pay additional delivery for the new arrangement to be exchanged, but she declined, saying we would have to submit an entire new order, even though our original order totaled over $100. We then asked for monetary compensation due to the mishap, and were told she would only be able to guarantee a discount on a future order. When asked if there was anything else that could be done to correct this issue, the owner said "It seems to me like you want a refund because you don't like the flowers we picked for you". This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered over FLOWERS. The health and well being of my family INCLUDES my ANIMALS! Shame on you Town South Floral! EDIT: Even when given the opportunity to correct the issue, they disregarded blame and doubled down, after admitting it was a booking error. An even exchange includes the original form of delivery, which was not offered. The lack of professionalism from this business is asinine. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here. TLDR; Town South Floral will try to poison your cats.
