Not only was I out of my element, I was unsure of what I needed. I shouldn't have worried, the crew at Luxe walked me through the process. Then allowed me to make changes. Then make some more changes. When the day of delivery came, I realized that one of the changes I made deleted some fans that I needed. It's not about the money at all. It's about the fact that we rented a week before the wedding. The likely hood of someone else renting in that short a time frame is low. At least my mother had the strength to call and cancel. 20% and returning calls days later after several people have called over the last week? People like him are what is wrong with the world. We rented a slide in July…read more2022 for my MIL's 57th birthday and just last weekend we rented a slide for my daughter's 12th birthday. Both times were a complete success and everyone enjoyed the water slide. The slide was setup on time in advance of the party. And we were allowed to keep it overnight and it was picked up the next morning. This was a great deal as other companies I have used in the past only allowed a 4 or 6-hour window. The owner himself was there for the setup and takedown of the slide. He also put out a tarp under the slide and some cones near the slide exit for safety measure. Several of the kids at both parties said that they had a great time and it was one of the best parties they had been to. This slide was definitely a lot of fun!! We will definitely use this company again!!

We were thrilled with the slide. The pick up and drop off went smoothly and they communicated very well to coordinate it all by checking in a day before drop off and pick up and then day of. The teams that brought the Rip-tide run out slide over were professional and kind. They helped us troubleshoot power issues to ensure it worked perfectly so we would have a great weekend. They took their time and made sure we had all the instructions. Overall we meet four different staff members and every one was wonderful. I will absolutely use them again.
