The 1 star review from another customer is highly unfair. There was no lies or excuses! We also opted for the Christmas Minis shoot and can vouch for the delay with the courier company, as I actually work for the particular courier, that was delivering the prints! We experienced delays due to the busy Christmas period, which unfortunately reflected badly on both us, and the photographer, who actually went out of her way to deliver them asap. We will continue to use Cute as a Button for our photography needs, with confidence, and always recommend them!

On the day of the shoot Olivia was a true professional with the patience of a saint considering my little ones were in self destruct mode. She made us all so welcome and settled the children within minutes with her funny personality and array of props to keep them occupied. Lots of fun was had from beginning to end. The prints we received were just simply awesome and I will cherish them forever. Her work is of the highest quality and I will 100% be back for more as the children get older. Overall it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. A++++++

He gave out to them and made such a fuss of us being there in the first place. He has no personality to run a business of any kind.. I told him he was the rudest man I ever met and he just said so are you(which I wasn't in any way shape or form) that is so unprofessional. in my opinion he shouldn't be taking kids photos or actually I don't think he should be anywhere near them.. a poster outside for 5e passport photos. He charged me 8e for my child(which he did say it would be on phone before I saw the posters. And on his website it says ALL passport photos are 5e.) I held my child and it took two clicks.. I asked about the sign and he said kids are almost impossible to do and you're at a professional photographer (while looking down his nose at me). That is why I said 8e on the phone. I could not believe how rude and dismissive he was of me and my kids.. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment like the plague.. I left so angry and upset and that man caused it all.. he is a disgrace to customer service and to all photographers out there. No photographer worth his salt would have given me the photo I received from this company (passport photo or not) I asked if it would pass biometrics and he said I havent been asked that in 13years what is biometrics...
