Since then I had to contact the POLICE and press charges in order to get my property back. NOW they want to complain about my post and I get an email from yelp. THIS IS THE TRUTH OF MY EXPERIENCE!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! UPDATE: The lady/owner of the business called today asking that I take down this review since it is "hurting their business." Well. All I have to say to that is ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They claim that there were staffing issues. Was the staff in charge of their personal cell phones that were contacted repeatedly for a MONTH until I had to get the police involved?? The ONLY reason charges were dropped was because they finally shipped the item and provided a tracking number after the cops told them to or else charges were going to be pressed.

Tower Micro has been a Bloomsburg institution since I was in high school back in the mid 90's when I got my first 486 desktop from them. They used to be down in the Agway plaza next to the Town Park and had a different name which has since slipped my mind. They have since moved to Rt 11 next to the super cool 1800's "western city" that it sits next to which needs to be seen to be understood (I believe it's an old Hollywood set). Parking is always ample and easy, the biggest complaint might be having to turn left back out onto Rt 11 without a stop light, but I'm not complaining.....merely stating. The service from the crews on the floor every single time I have entered the store has been courteous, thorough and educational. I have walked in on numerous occasions, been asked what I needed and was out the door in under 5 minutes because my needs were met and the transaction was done quickly. The general floor showing off products could be better organized and have more machines up and running to show off the products. I loved this when I was younger as I would always go in and see how fast solitaire would fly on the new generations of Pentium processors and how fast the Microsoft toasters would fly across the screen.....but the past few times I've been in the store, I haven't exactly been able to play with products.

Started an hour after agreed upon time due to employee having legal trouble. He did not have basic mover items like tape or rope. They are not careful with your items and only pack to save space but not preserve your items. My colleague and I both used them and both of us were told by the destination movers the upack was loaded horribly. Several items were broken on arrival. He literally screams and curses very loudly the entire time he is moving for the whole neighborhood to hear. His crew told me this is typical of him. Do not have children home if he is hired. He also got into several verbal confrontations with his crew who had to walk out to "cool off". His crew kept smoking cigarettes right outside my open door which was unprofessional and gross. At least twice before the move I spoke with him and let him know I wanted several items covered in shrink wrap or mats, which he said would be no problem. Well that day he did not want to do this and rudely told me I am being "paranoid" even though this is fairly standard for anyone who had used a normal mover elsewhere. He finally covered them but charged me extra for blankets because he didn't have enough wrap. The most comical aspect is given the above, his price is so high. My destination mover was much more professional and prepared. They were a more normal moving operation and charged me HALF what Moyer charged to load and were in a much higher cost of living region. There are very limited moving options in the area so he will likely remain busy but anyone that has used movers out of the area know this is not a great option, especially for the price.

I then found out they took out over 5800.00 from my charge card instead of the 900.00 deposit for an 1800.00 job and are blaming their processing center for it. I disputed all charges with my credit card company as soon as i saw them on my card. Chase has took most off. i am now disputing the half of my deposit they kept and the other 300.00 that is showing up being taken out on my account as of 3/13/26. I hired new electrician on 3/13/26 and by 3/14/26 he had the hole dug for the new pole and will have everything completed in a few days. He did more in 3 hours than CZ did in 3 weeks. I then found out that CZ took another 300.00 out of my credit card account after i got rid of them and they denied it and told me to stop calling and texting them. i will admit, i did text them 2 am after i saw they were taking more money out . I asked for receipts for the materials they bought and for the inspector fees they claim to have paid but got nothing. Maybe you should try calling a customer and giving them a heads up on whats going on. 2 word replies just dont cut it. Post proof of this so called inspection on here that you say you had scheduled because I asked for them and you completely blew me off. As you can see with my pictures i posted below, charges were taken out on the 13th after i no longer had anything to do with your company and then another attempt was made on the 15th for 463.00. we never had a contract, all i got from you was an estimate with the amount on it...nothing about being non refundable.
