Had nothing but trouble after that. Finally, I got fed up and called Flamingo to help me with the unit. They found multiple issue after only two years with the new unit. They got it running right, but warned the compressor was on its way out. Two nights ago, we got back to the condo and the the A/C was dead. It tripped the breaker and we could not reset it. That night around 5pm, I emailed flamingo telling them what happened. Within an hour, I received a phone call from the owner telling me that could replace the unit the next day. I okayed it, received a detailed quote later that night and they were there the next morning with the new unit. They removed the old unit, installed the new one and had it up and running by 4pm the same day. The guys who did the install were clean, courteous and knowledgeable. I can't tell you how happy I am with their service. A real pleasure to do business with them!!!
