I cant believe what I went though with Dr.P. Tried to sell me a new unit. Do NOT recommend. Be weary, if you communicate any dissatisfaction, the team (husband/wife) tag team and scream. The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! Tim was responsive to our call and came out with an assistant within two days. We had been able to run the main pump with an extension cord, but the power to the poles was completely gone and the circuit label in the panel was wrong. They found the correct circuit, relabeled it, and repaired the failed connection to that pole within a couple of hours. They came back this morning to run power to another pump that handles groundwater. Job well done. Their prices are reasonable, they're responsive to your call, and they know what they're doing.

All of this was done at a very reasonable price and with a week. They did the drywall work in the bathroom and they even touched up the paint in my bathroom after the bathtub installation. They are professional and courteous. They completely bought my home's electrical system up to code. The previous owner had done some hot wiring that might have burned the house down one day. My house also has aluminum wiring and they had no problem working with it. They also do flooring, although I did not use that service. I highly recommend them. The only issue I have is that they do not answer the phone or their voice mail regularly. It may take days or a week to hear back from them.

I went over everything I wanted including cleaning up the mess after the job was completed. I had previously gotten a price from one of Metro's competitors, and Blake's price was very reasonable. The day agreed upon, 4 plumbers arrived to get the job started. Once the new materials were in place and job underway, two of the plumbers left leaving two to actually rebuild the 60' drain line. The two that stayed were Greg and Chad. Greg and Chad worked for about 3 hours rebuilding the line. While they were working under the house, my wife was using the kitchen sink. Greg informed me while my wife was using the sink, they heard water dripping as water drained. When they investigated they found the kitchen drain had come unglued (after 14 years) at one point and was leaking. I asked them if they could fix it while they were here. Greg said they could, it would only take a few minutes for them to put a new fitting on and reglue it. Greg called the office and told Blake what they had found and asked what I would be charged to fix it. When I was quoted the price for an additional 15 minutes of work, I was in shock. The good price I was given to replace the original drain line quickly faded and turned into a feeling of being used and abused. Of course I could have decided to not get it repaired by Metro, but the guys were already here and who wants their kitchen sink draining into their crawl space. I even told Greg it felt like Blake was trying make up some ground on the good price I was given for the original job. I do want to state, both Greg and Chad seemed very conscientious and intent on doing a quality job. I enjoyed working with both guys Had I been given a reasonable, not cheap price for the extra 15 minutes of work, I would have given Metro five stars.
