Then I had to have rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders, along with a torn bicep tendon, sub scapula and scapula. Lara was recommended to me as an addition to my physical therapy. I have complete motion now on both arms where many of my friends have not been so lucky. I had an extremely tight IT Band that was causing irritation in my knee visible on an MRI. Lara was able to get it relaxed and stop the irritation. I won't go anywhere else.

My day began with Jean, my massage therapist. The room was clean and homey, and was the perfect temperature. Jean was amazing. She was very thorough, and made sure that the pressure was at a level that I was comfortable with. At the start, I told her that I usually don't like my lower torso and legs done, due to extreme sensitivity, and even pain. She told me that she would go very softly and give it a try, and that if it was too sensitive, I could stop. I had no sensitivity and no pain. I had a wonderful service, and was given water and a spa wrap to prepare for my facial. I believe that my aesthetician's name was Leyna, and that she is the owner of the business. We discussed my skin goals and sensitivities. She used all natural, quality products, and was very knowledgeable. The service was thorough and relaxing. When a product made my skin feel like it was burning, Leyna quickly worked to make it more cool and comfortable. I left with very soft, moisturized skin. I will definitely be back to A Bit of Bliss. They tables are preheated and very nice. The lady got to work right away and managed to find knots I didn't know I had. She had very strong hands and when she found knots she worked on them, instead of going over once. Which is what usually happens. I almost called mercy a couple of times, but I knew I needed them worked. I'll need to continue going to get all of my issues taken care of, but I would gladly go here multiple times. The therapists were very skilled, though a bit more talkative than I prefer--but that can happen when you're not seeing a regular therapist. There was a small organizational issue since I had requested a facial for my mom and it wasn't ready, but I understand things can slip at a large company. The location is convenient and the experience overall was relaxing; while the add-ons cost extra and aren't necessary, the hot stone, hot salt, and CBD oil upgrades are really nice as an occasional treat.
