Worst customer service ever! Ordered through 1-800 flowers and received my arrangement the day after the scheduled delivery date. Called the shop and she stated oh well but you got your flowers didn't you? Really?? Yes I did a day late after the 20+ dollars they charge for delivery that's the best the she could say. Never again so buyers beware don't order through 1-800 flowers cause this is who thy contract with and will NOT deliver on time. read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I know we all need to support local business but when your local business doesn't do anything to earn it much less keep it - that's on them. Their website site promotes one thing then when they don't come through with your order they say there is a "DISCLAIMER" that's pretty unprofessional excuse for not providing a product especially when your dead most the year then on the one day you have a good day - you cant produce - doesn't say much for time management or staffing. Even that's ok but if you don't come through because you didn't prepare properly, don't blame the customer and say things like "Well other people work and they where able to place their orders early" everyone has different factors as to why the didn't or couldn't order "EARLY" Not everyone has the same lifestyle or routine to have time to order early to be more convent for your business. Obviously by the amount of reviews and the score this business speaks for itself. Very sad - its ownership like this that make it hard to grow and people would rather look to a computer for service versus a live person. Will never shop there again! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! I placed an internet order for flowers for my mother in law for Mexican Mothers Day. The day of the holiday I contact the shop to see if the order had been received and all was good to go.The phone is answered by a gentleman who tells me my order was sent, but then retracts his statement and starts sounding very unknowledgeable. The whole time he s asking someone else about internet orders and he s relaying messages back and forth. Finally the other person gets the phone, and it was Eva. Eva informs me that yes the order was received but the only issue was that one of the roses (spray roses) weren t available, they had ran out, but would replace it with a similar rose and all would be good and that the order would be sent. My mother in law gets called by my husband to see if she received her gift and he gets told she never received anything. He then contacts the shop and is again dealing with the unknowledgeable staff and gets told that any internet orders would go out the following day. I get home and get told of the whole situation and contact the shop myself since i had spoken to Eva in the morning. Yet once more i get various answers as to it being delivered and when. I m beyond irate and the gal unsure of what to do gives me Eva s phone number. I contact her and ask what is up with my order and why theres any issue if we had spoken prior. She was not only rude, her tone was just plain nasty. I m asked, what the hell I want her to do and that customers like me aren t needed , among other things....nothing pleasant. She then tells me she will cancel my order and that I can dispute the charge. I will never ever place an order with this business. They know nothing about customer service and I wonder why they are even still in business with how horrid she treats people. read more

Went today to buy a single rose for my niece today. The owner made me feel that I was intruding rather than being a customer. I asked to buy a single rose, she took over 15 minutes to grab one for me and even after I was willing to pay for it ($5) I handed her my card for which she replied, "we don't accept cards for less than a $25 purchase, even less for a five dollar one!". She made me feel like she was doing us the favor of buying from her! Never again will I stop at that shop!! read more
