I was looking for a reputable company that explained each line item well and didn't just go with an insurance company quote as theirs. Justin was amazing and took his time while not being overbearing, he knew I was busy and didn't waste my time with unneeded sales pitches. They replaced my entire roof with upgraded shingles, and wrapped all of my windows, soffits, fascia and front door surround. They also replaced all of my gutters. Rob managed my project from beginning to end, ensuring nothing was missed! The owner Rex was even available if I needed him. These guys are passionate about what they do and the finished product says it all. Turned out absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I can honestly say if you choose them you will have zero worries or regrets!! DREAM team!!

He was on time, he brought his team and they were already started when I got there, which was nice. He was friendly and actually walked me through everything he noticed that was an issue with the home and explained what needed to be fixed. His report was easy to read and very detailed. He was speedy with giving me the report back. his prices are also the best I found! 10/10 would recommend.

Within days of moving in on November 19th, our contractor found severe hidden issues: active roof leaks, soaked insulation, wood rot, mold in the walls and ceiling, and improperly installed metal roofing where sunlight was visible through gaps. Repairs cost $3,600. I first sent Jim photos and videos showing some of the discovered damage on November 21st and received no response. I then sent even more photos, as well as the contractor's report on Dec 22nd, 2025. For weeks he ignored my emails and texts, then repeatedly tried calling me to "talk on the phone" instead of addressing it in writing like I had requested numerous times. I gave him a written deadline to refund the inspection fee of $750 or I'd file a complaint with the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors; he missed the deadline and still hasn't taken responsibility. The inspection report also omitted basics such as the HVAC system details, detailed roof description, main water shut-off, and electrical panel. Buyers beware! My experience shows why it's critical to hire an inspector who fully documents findings and stands behind their work.

I just had worked completed by Progreso Painters for home in preparation for putting up for sale…read more My wife and I had met with the owner for obtaining the breadth of work to be completed. He asked the appropriate questions and took two days to provide an estimate. My wife and I reviewed the estimate and agreed to price and scheduled the work to be done. Initial crew arrived to complete the drywall repair and they ensured they covered and draped off areas of the home to minimize dust. They did an excellent job in advance of the painters and they ensured clean up of our home before leaving for the day. The painters arrived on time the next day and ensured covering all floors and furniture to ensure no issues. They had an initial estimate of two days but the crew worked and were to complete the effort after one long day. After inspection, I found several minor spots to touch up and they corrected immediately. Highly recommended.

AA Home Improvement and Cleaning Services have done a great job on my home…read more A neighbor was getting a new roof with AA and I stopped to ask for a quote for mine. Mr. Armentero got an estimate to me right away. Meanwhile, I checked him out online. He's been doing this work for many years and I found others who had good experiences. After getting the roof quote I asked about more work- new gutters and a roof to be built over the existing back porch. Again, he got back to me right away. Everything was done very well and efficiently. The new roof looks great, and so do my new 6 inch gutters. The new roof over the porch looks amazing! I had let him know what I was wanting, and he came through with great suggestions and the completed projects look amazing. The cleanup after all the work was fantastic. His crew was very respectful to my home. The communication was top-notch. Very responsive to inquiries. He told me he was interested in making me a happy customer. Mission accomplished! Quality company…read more We hired Vincent Abell Contracting to put in a large covered deck for us, then hired them back for a shower install the next year. I have worked with several contractors before on this and previous homes. I apparently have high standards few can meet. These guys were really good. Nothing is perfect, but they sure tried to be. My deck is gorgeous and solid. Everything it should be. They were flexible and helpful and professional. They also provided and architect to design the deck to meet our needs. I had some concerns after the build was done and they were paid (not saying they did anything wrong, but some things I would have liked to have been done differently). They bent over backwards after the fact (and after they were already paid) to make us happy. Including spending more time and materials on my project. I would literally use these guys for anything they would want to do for me. Great experience. Also, their quotes were either in line or less expensive than others for the deck project. Definitely earned five stars.

The owner, Jamie, is very personable and knowledgeable and you can tell he's super dedicated to his business. He made sure I was very informed about everything I was getting myself into. I received a text confirming that Jaime would arrive at a specific date and time. Jaime did arrive on schedule with his measuring equipment, but he did not bring any samples. He told me he would follow up in a couple of days with pricing. It has now been over 12 days with no estimate and no communication. He also didn't seem particularly interested in the project or in answering our questions. This lack of follow‑through is disappointing and unprofessional. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Two other companies measured the same space with basic tools and still provided same‑day quotes. Choose a company that values your time and delivers on what they promise.
