I called the office to report this. Five minutes had not passed before Bob Petrovic returned my call, profusely apologized and promised to have someone out right away. Within 10 minute of that call, a CLE truck was outside my home. Noah, the excellent maintenance service representative who always takes care of my lawns, apologized to me, telling me that this was not a very good day for him. I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then? Noah said that he would not leave until I was completely satisfied with everything. And, satisfied I was, not only with the work, but with the quick, polite and professional response by Bob, Noah and the customer service staff at CLE. I have worked with them for many years and they have always done a great job for me!

Extremely poor service- multiple times they did not move snow when it was clearly more than 2inches, or made excuses for why their service was extremely delayed. Once they said they had moved it, but clearly no one had been by... and also all the snow in the drive way and sidewalk were the same height. Another time they moved snow at midnight... and there was already a foot of snow by 4:30 am. Understandable, due to heavy snow fall, so I just drove over it to go to work. Came home around 5pm and now there was over 2ft of snow, and impossible to even get into my drive way. They didnt come til hours later finally so that I could even get into my drive way. Probably would recommend using them as a last resort only. Pretty dismal service, reliability, and customer service.
