I am appalled at how I was disrespected at Evans Jewelry. I asked the lady at the counter if she could replace the gem that fell out of my ring and was lost. She asked if the gem was genuine and when I told her yes she said that she doubted it because of the price the gem was worth. How dare she? That lady had no idea what gem was in my ring and who gave it to me. I guess she assumed I could not afford that gem or that I was not worthy of a gem like that. I did not buy jewelry here so I cannot comment on that experience. But I need my bulova watch repaired, the crown and stem had broken so I could not adjust the time. Their original estimate was it would only take 2 weeks, but alas it took over 3, which is why I am only giving them 3 stars. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining to me what needed to be done and how they could help. They even recognized me 3 weeks later when I came to pick my watch up. If I were to buy jewelery here in Clovis I'd go to Evan's first based on their cheerful and courteous staff. read more

The best customer service ever!! I had a bent ring that I needed fixed and other jewelers made me feel hopeless. The crew at Evan's fixed it up in less than two hours. They were all so kind and knowledgeable. They even cleaned my ring for me! I will only go to Evans Jewelers from now on. read more

Strange place. I went in here to have a watch adjusted and was told it would be 1 hr and $12 since there were 3 watches ahead of mine The salespeople were beyond weird, staring blankly with the combined personality of my shoe. I went down the road to Portales to the Walmart, the sweetest lady in the jewelry dept. fixed the watch on the spot for free. Take a pass on this place, these people are creepy. read more
