We initially thought it was the toilet, so we removed the toilet entirely and covered the hole. I found Jimmy's Plumbing and called him directly. He made the time to come over next business day even though he had a full day of work scheduled. As soon as he entered the bathroom he checked our walls for soft spots, looked in our cabinets for leaks, etc. He also checked the hole where the toilet was. He knew exactly where the smell was coming from, the overflow in the bathtub. He gave us his suggestions for getting rid of the smell and then said to add a new rubber gasket and seal it. He did suggest that the flange needed to be replaced because the original one was old and therefore, we could be have issues with leaks/smell. In the end, Jimmy was very knowledgeable and thorough!
