Because of the poor communication and lack of professionalism and feeling like my business mattered, I hired the job out with someone else. Imagine my surprise, when I reached out to a different company, and they actually bid the job, communicated and showed up to do it! I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and caring that my business was treated with specifically by Brandon and Levi at DeCook Excavating.
