I've been a loyal State Farm customer for 34 years, and I can honestly say this is the worst…read moreexperience I've ever had with an agent or agency. This office is extremely unresponsive--calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemails are often ignored for days, if they're returned at all. I had a billing issue where payments were being misdirected to my previous agent, and despite multiple phone conversations, the problem was never resolved. When I finally decided to cancel my policies, the agent, Wendy, sarcastically thanked me for "wasting her time" trying to sort out the billing issue, then abruptly ended the call and refused further communication. I later visited the office in person with documentation to prove the billing error. Her staff struggled to review six months of payment history and ultimately dismissed me, saying I'd have to speak directly with Wendy--who wasn't even in the office during normal business hours. After waiting 10-15 minutes, she returned only to tell me she wouldn't discuss the issue further and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I was calm and simply asking for clarification about my payments. The accusation and threat were completely uncalled for. This agency has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and in my experience, potentially unethical behavior. They accepted my payments and then claimed I hadn't paid. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

Would give zero stars if possible. My husband had been a State Farm customer for 50 years, in FL…read moreand then here in AL. To consolidate, we moved some items from USAA to Beau Brooks Agency. In 2025, we had storm damage to the roof (wind & hail). Took 2 different companies to assess and provide damage report, which they never sent to us. State Farm SOP was to deny the roof claim up front. When questioned, they paid a structural engineering firm $7K to confirm for them that it was wear & tear over the years, even though there was photo evidence of the storm damage. The adjuster (very rude/mean lady) even said they saw the photos with the evidence and didn't care, claim is still denied. So instead of offering a long time customer something/anything (like the $7K - which instead they paid this to that engineering firm), they decided to double down and continue with the claim denial outright. How does this make any sense? Nick B, the agent we had been dealing with lied to us, was absolutely rude, and useless in trying to help resolve the situation. Even tried to connect with Beau Brooks himself, but never received a return call. We ended up having to cancel all policies and go back to USAA, in addition to coming out of pocket for a new roof. We canceled 2 vehicles, motorcycle, homeowners, liability umbrella, in total a drop in the bucket to them, but they obviously don't care about their customers at all, even a long time 50 year customer. Thought about the lawyer route but didn't want them in my life any longer than absolutely necessary. Writing this review to say BUYER BEWARE of this agency and any State Farm insurance. Best day was being able to call and tell them we needed to cancel everything. And again, they didn't care. Didn't ask why or if they could help. Shame on you State Farm and Beau Brooks Agency.

Tamara is an AMAZING Agent and will far exceed all your expectations! She definitely puts customer…read moreservice at the top of her priority list! If you've had experience with other agents you will understand why I say she will exceed all your expectations and if this is your first experience with a Real Estate agent she will probably ruin you from ever being able to find anyone half as good at their job as she is. Tamara was our agent when we bought and built our first house in TN back in 2012/2013. She was the first person to respond to our email (but not the only one) and the first one that continued the contact as we had more questions before first meeting to look at homes. Tamara is very knowledgeable about the market and will tell you everything she thinks will be best for you according to your situation and the market. She will answer all your questions with 100% honesty! During the build of our house Tamara took tedious notes during every meeting with the builder so there was never a question about what was really discussed and the builder could never change a price of an add on because she had the original number somewhere in her notes! Tamara will walk you through the process from beginning to end and always tell you what to expect next. We were never given the run around and we never had to wait on answers for any questions or concerns. There were never any surprises! Tamara will make you feel like you are her only customer. I've had experiences with several other realtors in TN as well as AZ and I have NEVER come across one that provides the level service that Tamara does.
