Unfortunately, I paid him $1,200 for cement cleaning and sealant services that turned into a disaster. He said we could drive on the driveway after he applied the sealant. We now have black tire marks worse than before. In addition, the sealant is extremely slippery. My neighbor slipped on our sidewalk! Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again.He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. We have 32 solar panels, and he did an awesome job on all the solar panels, and he was very reasonable with his pricing. Initially, we had hired Lucio's service because we had a major problem with pigeons on our roof and underneath our solar panels. He cleaned out all the gutters and put wiring around all the solar panels and spikes where needed and an owl on top of our roof because we had such a problem with pigeons and it totally solved the problem. He also sanitized our complete roof because of all the pigeon feces on it. He also silicone the broken tiles that we had from earlier workers.
