The problem arose after they left, I noticed that they had made indentions in our hardwood floors with the dolley they used. I spoke with them about this and they assured me they will make it right. However, I have not been able to get anyone to send me a damage claim form, nor has anyone offered to look at the damage. If they do make this right I will definitely change my rating because I was very satisfied until I saw this damage. Accidents do happen and we'll see what kind of business they are.
