A week and a half later I called and was told they came in "yesterday at 4". How convenient. I understand delays, I don't understand the lies and failure of keeping us informed of the delays. This is not the way customers should be treated. We will not be returning to Smithfield Lighting.

I found myself using Thomas' services when I recently purchased a home that had popcorn ceilings throughout. Thomas worked quickly and efficiently, removing all of the popcorn ceilings in my home. He was also extremely neat, taking care to clean up after himself and put back any light fixtures, furniture, etc. I also want to point out that Thomas went above and beyond, doing drywall work after I had my HVAC system replaced, re-touching paint throughout my home, helping to install my stair railing, and helping me find and secure an electrician to install recessed lights when I was previously experiencing difficulty finding a reliable electrician.
