Be careful with these guys!!!
I recently bought a 2012 Audi A5 Cabriolet from them with claimed low mileage, that turned out to have no service history.
I asked Mr Lee Green on the phone if the car had a full Audi service history. It turned out the car had no history at all, but I was not told this.
I also asked to see the service book in person. Mr Green told me that it was not available, but it would be posted on to me after I had bought the car.
When I received it, the service book was marked "Duplicate" and was totally empty except for the non-Audi service Euxton had done a couple of weeks earlier. So I have no service history, and no documentation to support the claimed low mileage - both with potentially significant negative impact on the value of the car.
Not only is the original service book missing, but I also discovered from Audi after I had bought the car that it has never been serviced by Audi.
I have raised this issues with Euxton but been fobbed off.
Also had to repair some strange, deliberate-looking scratch marks in three places, and discovered that the car has been extensively re-sprayed (not spotted when I picked the car up in the rain). What happened to it?
Maybe foolish of me to take some of these things on trust - but I would say tread carefully! read more
