The guy on the phone who calls me 3 hours later states "I guess everybody before me with this company passed the buck and dropped the ball so I'll be there in 1.5 hours". The reception was pleasant and precise. It was getting dark. They got there quick. The truck was clean, inside and out. The diver was more than helpful. He went out of his way to take us to a gas station for a few items. Then, because he knew that we were planning on doing the repair ourselves, he drove us past the various auto parts stores in town. He pointed out a few good places to eat, then took us to our hotel for the evening. He even rolled our vehicle off the truck into a spot that he knew would be shaded in the morning so we didn't roast while doing the repair. Over and above the call of duty. Thanks Toby ! No leaking oil, no low oil levels, no oil warning light, no oil on underbody, zero drops in my parking space. The quote sent to my phone does not include any dollar amounts. They only gave me the two dollar amounts over the phone. I asked them to print the quote but they did not want to, they said it would be about 45 pages. They charged me $63 for the worthless quote.
