My friend had a picture of her passport to prove her age. She dosent bring her passport out since she hates the risk of loosing such a valuable possession. The cashier refused to even look at this photo. The cashier was extremely rude and I was denied the ability to purchase something which I have every right to have. I recommend every 18 year old or young adult to not waste your time trying to buy alcohol here .

The Tesco brand flour tortillas are the best price, taste and quality of all the supermarkets around. It is kind of hard to find somebody to ask for help, but I discovered that if you Q up in the customer service desk they'll be able to tell you when a certain item will be restocked. I also really like their 'reduced to clear' section, I found some great bargains and that is another advantage this grocery has over the other local ones. Plus, in theory, it's supposed to be open 24hrs but I've never actually confirmed it, but where else can one buy flour tortillas at 330am?

I was there this morning and whilst I queued with several others, each with a small number of items.. two separate people with large trolleys full took their time weighing and buying their load. I left the queue and joined the manned checkout.. and was out of the shop before the trolley people had finished! What a bizarre decision! It is supposed to be an 'express checkout'? is it not? Open till 9pm on a sunday and 10pm any of the other days. Never over crowded and they always seem to have stock of everything you could possibly need.
