I am charles hodgsons grandaughter and i am disgusted with the way he is being treated. Europlas windows have taken advantage of an eldery man who has also got ill health. My grandad has tried and tried to contact europlas and everytime he gets shrugged off or they say they can patch up this is absoulutly disguting if they did their jobs right in the first place it would not need to be sorted. All ge is asking is cor tge windows to ve removed so he can go to a different company that know how to do their jobs properly. read more

Pretty poor and very expensive,very good sales man had us convinced they were the cheapest but they are far from it,Work was poor they left with a lot of work not done,big gaps in surrounds,patched up parts they bodged. Had them come back and manager came to see work and said whats the problem looks fine to me until i showed him the bad bits,fixed them pretty quick because they had not had all our money by then. 3 years later windows will not shut properly-tried to contact their warranty line it goes straight to answerphone left message to ring me back-never got call-left message on their web mail still no reply. 10 year warranty not worth the paper its written on. Europlas have built a conservatory, fitted solar panels and installed new patio doors. All three jobs were carried out excellently and we are really pleased; though not the cheapest, the quality was good. However, recently found a minor fault with one of the jobs; its taken 7 months to arrange an appointment and now that appointment has been postponed twice not at all impressed with after-sales service, you have to do better! read more

I had a near perfect double glazed system in my property until I called in to get a quote and that is when it all went wrong from the day the glib salesman persuaded me I needed to replace what I had in favour of there product. It turned out to be the biggest most horrific mistake I have ever made, the front door is too small for the opening, it would not lock properly, the catches would not meet, no seals above so the rain poured in. The bay window has a large gap under the cill and finish trim not straight. My home is open to the elements at this point, The two windows at the rear should be of equal quality, but one is external drainage and internal on the other with gaps around and no cover trims. The internal one is the newer type while the other is the older design I have three other windows plus a rear door which all have problems, gaps, short cills seals and just not finished off properly. I could go on and on. I have had several communications with them, the odd reply and I am losing my patience with them. The bottom line is they all need to be removed and replaced by another company. It looks like I will have to take legal advice as all they want to do is "patch them up" err no way. read more

Really great service from start to finish, Europlas quoted for and installed a new bathroom window to replace my outdated one that was giving me quite a chill! I am very happy with the way the window was installed and the price I paid. read more
