Basically, I use to wear two rings on that finger- slightly different sizes, and switched them once... and stuck. I went into the store, embarrassed, with a puffy finger that was probably losing circulation, and they helped cut the ring, no questions asked. They were totally professional and didn't charge me. Spoke to a woman that works there who said she eas going to order her a new one but they had to wait to have an order for over 1000.00 before they could order. After waiting and not hearing anything for 2 months I decided to call and check up on the status only to be told that the broken ring is still sitting there and they have not been able to order a new one yet. She offered to repair the ring for the 3rd time while we waited for a replacement ring to come in. Forward 2 months, no phone call I happened to be at the mall and thought I should go check the status. Ring was ready (the repaired one) I asked when the replacement one would be in and she said it is there waiting to be unpacked. My daughter got a call a few hours later and they said they are not re ordering her a ring. I gave them a call as she is 14 and not sure how to navigate this...spoke to the same rude woman who said don't wear the ring often because it's soft and will obviously break. I asked about a replacement and she said nope tlshe never said that (there was 3 family members with me when she did state it would be replaced). Disappointed in their process of this, it has left my daughter confused and upset about the messiness of this. Rude staff members, overpriced jewelry and crappy quality to say the least! Will never shop here or recommend to anyone. Management should be ashamed.

This mother daughter jewellery artisans duo are as one of a kind as their pieces. They are so…read moremagnificent in their individual and collective talents that I spend hours admiring, trying on and ultimately buying stunning necklaces, bracelets and hairclips. They have also custom made 2 necklaces for me with pendants I brought in - they were hard to match in colour with basic gold or silver chains so they used copper wire on one with special twists and an antique silver on the other. The creative juices were flowing as we all brainstormed on the spot to the point where they stayed an hour after closing. They are consumer genuine - as they placed a call for me at a local bakery to check their hours so that I could buy coconut bread like the one they bought earlier after I was finished. They also reminisced with me about their arrival to Canada from Romania in 1996. I could tell how proud they were of how far they've come, and I am so thankful that they are sharing their gifts with Whitby and beyond. I can't tell you how many compliments I get on their jewellery - they are statement pieces without being overstated - but they always catch people's eye and attention. I can only say that these pieces feel like they were made just for me - and I'm talking the pieces that are already made with that perfect customer in mind...meaning they have something for absolutely everyone in their shop. And if the clasp isn't perfect, they'll change it. If the length is too long they'll shorten it. They are so accommodating I almost thought I was in a dream. Swarovski was on sale at 40 percent off and she advised that if I returned my sons gift that I would not have access to anything in the store that was 40 percent off. She advised that I would have to pay full price for anything Swarovski that I purchased. I told that that was ridiculous and she gave me a hard time. I would have to pay full price and that I was not allowed to return until Jan 7 th. I am totally disgusted with her lack of professionalism and that the store would have a completely unprofessional sales associate, She did try to backtrack for her mistake with an overbearing sales pitch trying to apologize and encourage me to purchase something else.
