When I found Gavin, he said he would see what he could do and would get back to me. Two days later he said it would be no problem and I would be 100% satisfied. He was wrong. I was 110% satisfied. Gavin's service and attention to my need was extraordinary, especially since a half-dozen other jewellers turned me away. The price was excellent but he went above and beyond. Gavin was able to take the leftover pieces from the bracelet and create earrings for my wife. Initially, they needed an adjustment but again, Gavin to the rescue! Everything was perfect.

The chain is so sparkly I just love it. I know I will receive a lot of compliments. Our family will always continue to support Garo Jewellers

The owner and the jeweller who assisted are both extremely straightforward, easy to talk to,…read moreprofessional, friendly, PATIENT and honest. I was welcomed respectfully and treated with respect for the hour or longer I took up their time. They cleaned a couple pieces of my jewelry, including the ring I was wearing and put NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER on me to sell any or all of the jewelry I brought in for cash. Years ago I went to one of their competitors who was brash, blatantly rude and disrespectful, who started popping the stones out of my jewelry before I agreed to sell it. I could go on....DISHONEST. If you are looking for fairness, customer service and to be treated with respect - AL PINTO IS YOUR MAN!

These guys rock! I found out about Kimberfire through a friend who bought his engagement ring here,…read moreand he sent them an email, copying me in it to introduce me to the store. I explained to Jonathan and Michael that I was looking for a sapphire ring, and wanted to know if they did gemstones. Michael got back to me fairly quickly and said that they could source some sapphires for me and asked me to book an appointment. The appointment was simple and done online. At the initial consultation, Michael showed me the stones he sourced (all within the budget I sent him earlier) and I quickly narrowed down my selection to one sapphire that just stood out. He took down all my notes about how I wanted the ring to be, and sent me an estimate later that afternoon. By the evening, I had a deposit placed and was excited. The entire process took about 7 weeks, from placing an order to receiving the ring. When Kimberfire sent me the sketches of the ring, there were a few changes that had to made the first time, but Michael was very helpful throughout, explaining every single aspect to me and answering every single one of my questions. In the end, I got a beautiful ring and paid way less than what I would have at another store I visited. These guys work within your budget to help you find the most ideal ring and stone. I highly recommend them. My fiance can't stop looking at the ring!

Highly recommend Aram…read more Initially I contacted the store on Queen st. They quoted me $55 to repair my disconnected necklace. When I sent photo via email to Aram, he was quick to respoded back. Aram was very peasant to work with in person, he even lowered the price to $20 when he actually saw my necklace, fixed, even polished nicely. Now I am looking for more jewelries to repair.
