My husband and I were excited to explore southern France. I made an online car rental reservation, and took the option of pre-paying, in order to get a lower rate. However after returning the car we were charged again - actually 50% more than the original amount. The company was contacted, and we were told they would look into it. There has been no response to multiple emails, and we are not confident we will ever see any sort of refund. Very frustrating to pay so much for a rental car, and to not get ANY customer service response. I would NOT rent again from this company! read more
