Try worst service ever. We rented a car over a week before the pick-up date. We arrived, the car was there but lacked the navigation system that we paid a SURCHARGE for it. Additionally, it reeked of smoke, which is inconvenient since we had to drive to Berlin from Kaufbeuren with our three young children, two of whom suffer from asthma. We returned the car within an hour and had to wait over 2 hours before they had solved the issue and located a different car. First they tried to convince us to take the car after spraying some air freshner in it (a JOKE), then they tried to give us a SMART car (try fitting two adults and three children plus luggage in that! and driving 650 km with it to Berlin), before finally exchanging it with a VW GOLF. No apology, no refund for the smaller category car. These people are not only arrogant and rude, but also beyond incompetent. Unbelievable!
