It's has taken me almost 3 months to write a review due to how pissed I am This place will take your money and give you false hope. My dad wanted to go here cause he didn't want to do chemo because he watched his wife go through it and he was not ready to go through it I was very against him going there, but he wanted to go This is very expensive treatment. And to me, it's a bunch of hogwash, because at 1 point we sat in there with a doctor and my dad asked the doctor the cancers back and the doctor said, well, you're alive, aren't you? And that's when we left Unfortunately, it was too late for my father.And by the time he got regular treatment, it was too far gone I do not recommend this place at all. The staff does not know half the time. What they're doing, you go into these meetings, and you have 3 or 4 people sitting around, and nobody has an answer. Well, we have to see or we need this, or we need that. So no, save your money. I'm surprised this place doesn't get shut down. Because it's nothing but false hope. I was dx with stage 4 (inoperable) lung cancer in Dec 2015. We looked into all the well known cancer centers as well as several in our area. All gave the same prognosis... 9-12 months WITH treatment. A friend told us about her successful treatment at EuroMed so we contacted them. Eight days later I started treatment there. My "intensive" phase lasted 9 weeks. During that time, I never got sick, but towards the end I was pretty tired. At that point I had a PET scan and found that the cancer in the pleura was GONE and the original lung tumor was drastically shrinking. From that point I went into a "maintenance mode", meaning periodic follow ups to keep it from coming back. It was more often at first, but then spreading out to less frequently over time. It is now 8 1/2 years later. I am 73 and still working full time. I have felt great and my oxygen is always in the 98-99% range. Not bad for "terminal" lung cancer! What I have seen in the 8+ years that I've been using EuroMed is that those who go there FIRST (rather than a last ditch effort after other treatments have failed) do substantially better. I have seen remarkable recoveries from pancreatic, lung, breast, colon, and other cancers...in many cases in people I had referred to EM. Not every single case turns out perfectly. I think it's good to remember, nearly everyone who goes to EM has serious cancer... it's not the flu. But when they go there first, before having very harsh treatment somewhere else, the success rate is amazing. The staff has been awesome, personal and deeply caring. I love them all! My daughter was treated there with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and although they were all friendly she ended up at MD Anderson due to refractory Hodgkins. Had a stem cell transplant and died from the chemo used in both treatments damaging her lungs. She was 24. I know of other patients that died after getting treatment there as well. read more

I'm still scoring EuroMed Foundation with 3 stars simply because of the communication that I felt was lacked. I have received a few messages asking about my sister now. Unfortunately she did not make it.. she had been through so much conventional chemo that by the time we got here it was literally our last hope.. I'm not a doctor and I can't offer medical advice but from everything I've learned in the 4 years of her stage 4 diagnosis, I have to say if your going to do conventional chemo first then make sure your doctor is ok with you doing vitamins through an iv or port. even if they don't offer make sure your doctor is ok with you seeking elsewhere for vitamins and hydration after and during your chemo treatments... that's what I really loved the most about this place was the mixed alternative with conventional and I think they are really on to something.. hopefully they have improved on the communication and if so then I would rate them higher.. read more

My husband Christian receives treatment here for stage III squamous cell carcinoma. When we arrived at euro med, he could not speak well or eat solid food/open his mouth wide enough to take a vitamin or brush his teeth. This was due to the location of the tumor in his throat. After a month, he was able to chew and begin eating again. We quickly knew that the treatment he was receiving was giving him favorable results. It's now been six months and he is doing better than we could have ever imagined. In November of 2017 I was diagnosed with stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma on my right vocal cord. I was 57 year old male and in very good condition. My only real symptom was that I could barely talk and my throat area was becoming a bit constrained. Main stream doctors at Mayo and Johns Hopkins both agreed that the only way to address this condition was to undergo 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. I spoke to several patients that took the main stream approach which sounded miserable with many hospitalized along the way. I told my wife that I'm just not going to do this and I knew there must be another way. My wife and I researched for over a month and explored clinics in Germany and Mexico. Each day my condition worsened to where I could barely talk at all and I was really saving the few words I could get out each day. Then on a Friday night we left a message for the team at Euromed. Early Saturday morning Dr. Dean called us back and after 30 minutes of talking to him we knew we had found the place that would treat me. He also gave me another patient that had the same condition that was treated at the clinic which was so helpful. The the following Tuesday I started treatment and never looked back or doubted my decision. By the time I got to Euromed one of my vocal cords was parallelized and in 30 days it had came back online as well as a 40% reduction in the size of my cancer. After 60 days and 16 treatments there was no visible cancer at all. I have all of this documented in a collection of photos from my own personal doctor going back from Sept 2017 to my most recent check up in Feb 2018. All the photos where done at same doctor that told me to get chemo and radiation. My doctor is so impressed with the results that he has reached out to MD Anderson to share what he has witnessed. I would give the team at Euromed the highest recommendation as they really saved me. I tell everyone I meet about the clinic and I have a close friend there as I'm writing this post battling stage 4 liver and kidney cancer. She is there because she saw how well I did. Do yourself a favor before you decide to do full dose chemo or radiation and check out what IPT and what Euromed is all about. I didn't want to be a cancer patient and I don't want that for anyone. My experience at the euro clinic has been excellent. When I started my cancer (breast) had grown into my bones and pelvis area. I was in very bad pain from the bone areas. I was losing weight and generally not well at all. I am now feeling much better, pain is gone. My energy is almost back to almost normal. My markers have dropped to normal from over 300. Prior to my treatment here I had received chemo and radiation and hormone blocking treatments, but the cancer continued to grow. I am very happy with my care here. Doris S. read more

I read the comments and although I rarely repond to these things I felt it was important enough to say something. The EuroMed physicians saved my life. I was diagnosed with a fast growing and difficult to treat cancer. I did not want to undergo conventional treatments as I've witnessed family and friends suffer from the associate toxicities, then ultimately die from being overwhelmed by the treatments and their advancing cancer. EuroMed did the Caris lab testing on my existing biopsy slides, however EuroMed's protocol worked well so they never had to change it. My cancer has been in remission for the past three years. They continue to monitor me from home with monthly blood tests and periodic treatments. I had no ill effects from the care I received other than some lightheadedness after the first couple treatments, that went away. No hair loss or nausea at all. read more

It has been four years since my Mother received treatment there, but I have not forgotten nor will ever forget the treatment she received. We were so very hopeful in the beginning and I personally believe they build on that hope rather than be truthful. In the beginning was impressed with their protocol and helping wean my Mother off of all the painkillers, anti anxiety and many more meds that Western Medicine had her on. She was doing well for about four weeks and then it went downhill. She was sent for a PET scan and the true results of that were not discussed. Her cancer had spread and they were not upfront about that. The worst of the worst was that they gave her a medication for pain that should have only been used three times maximum or it could cause more complications. Well that is just what happened. My poor Mother ended up having a bleeding ulcer on top of pancreatic cancer. We took her into Euromed the morning we discovered she had blood in her stools. Wand had no idea what was the matter and sent her off to have a blood transfusion. Unbelievable that she had no idea or did not want to say what was really happening. That night we ended up in the ER because she passed out and fell at home. She ended up vomiting blood and bingo right away the ER Doctor knew what was wrong. That was the straw that broke the camels back. She had to have emergency surgery to clamp the ulcer and never ever returned home after that. I realize that her chances of surviving with pancreatic cancer were slim. But she should not have had to endure the extra trauma, pain and suffering caused by the ineptness of Euromed. To top it off when I asked for copies of her records at Euromed they doctored them to show she was given the medicine only three times, when in reality it was given to her once or twice a week there along with daily shots at home. SHAME ON THEM!! There are other options out there if you can afford them, or perhaps your insurance is accepted. If I had to do it again, we would go to Cancer Center of America where they combine western and holistic medicine. read more

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in the fall of 2011 and had a mastectomy in 2012. My surgeon suggested that I consider IPT because I was very unsure and scared of chemotherapy and radiation having witnessed others fall very ill and die after receiving. I called Euro Med and spoke with one of the MD's who told me: "you won't even know you are on chemo, you won't lose your hair or be ill at all". I foolishly believed him. Not so. I did 11 IPT treatments at $1661.00 apiece and saw lots of other patients with hair loss. When I asked the PA there he said oh those are patients doing "russian roulette" . I asked what do you mean and he told me they were doing full on chemo too since insurance pays for that but not IPT. This sounded very odd to me. The next week my hair started falling out! I lost all my hair within one month of starting IPT and was very very nauseated and had chronic diarrhea. I lost 8 pounds in one month. I could not tolerate the smell of food and was in bed most of the day weak and ill feeling. When I questioned them and said I wanted to stop they would tell me again about what great results they were having ( no documented evidence was ever given to me) and they would tell me I would be sorry and regret stopping. On my last treatment day I sat next to two women who had been transfused, one multiple times, for bone marrow insufficiency. I left that day and never went back. During the course of my visits with the three MD's there and the one PA, I requested multiple times that a tissue sample from my mastectomy be sent to a company called Ration Therapeutics for testing . I asked this so we would know that we were using effective drugs against my cancer cells. This is a process routinely done in Europe and other countries BEFORE any chemo drug is ever given. Dr. Z told me he had another company he used and so I asked for them to get it done. They agreed but it was never ordered! This was very costly to me as I did leave Euro Med and went to a REAL Oncologist who did order molecular investigation from Caris Life Sciences and it was discovered that I had a genetic alteration and a certified oncogene. I have an AKT1 defect form E17K. From this hugely important information I am now on the correct drug that is not a standard chemo drug. The delay that was caused by Euro Med physicians allowed the cancer that growing in my other breast to keep growing to the point of a second mastectomy in 2014. Also, I learned from the report from Caris that some of the drugs used by Euro Med in the drug cocktail they give with insulin and glucose.was on the NOT effective drug list so I received harmful chemotherapy drugs that had absolutely no effect on my cancer cells. As best as I can tell IPT is , in my opinion and experience, a harmful expensive ineffective one size fits all cancers scam. Euro Med is making a lot of money off of IPT treatments and you must sign lawyer written documents releasing them of liability etc.. Please get your cancer cells sent for molecular intelligence profiling BEFORE starting any cancer treatments. It is well worth the wait, a few weeks, and can be absolutely life saving and save you savings too. I do not recommend Euro Med in Phoenix Arizona or any other clinic giving IPT treatments for cancer. Save your self a lot of time and money, I wish I had. Thanks read more
