My car has been in the garage for one month and half…read more Constantly making calls to the garage , they told me in the middle of July they already started fixing my car. But begginig of August I received a call from "manager" Mrs Clugger, she said they just received the green light from insurance to start repairing my car. After I explained all what their employees told me in the past weeks that they already started fixing my car, she told me this is not true , that I am lying!! And nothing in my car is yet done... Not happy with this because my car is more than 1 month in the garage I decided to add bad review in Google (I BELIEVE IS MY RIGHT). The next morning I received a call from Mrs Clugger again "the manager" if I don't delete the Google reviews she will stop fixing my car !! Literal words "she will take my car to her yard and she will cancel the contract with my insurance so I will have to pay everything on my own". In my country this is called COERCION!! I just wanted my car back so we deleted the reviews and she continued fixing my car. I really wish all this was a bad joke.
This situation is completely unveliable, how is possible that they treat like that customers !! BIG SHAME FROM THIS PLACE , SHOULD BE CLOSED OR MANAGER FIRED !! You can't treat customers like this and more when you have been lying to them for 1 month!!
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! THEY DONT TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT !
