This company gave me the worse bus experience of my life. It was on an overnight bus from Barcelona to Marseille. Inexplicably, the seats in the front half of the bus were blocked off and many of these seats had a single laptop computer on them. If anyone tried to sit in the open seats in the front they were chased away rudely by the secondary bus driver and given no reason. This led to the back of the bus being extremely crowded. Passengers were sick and coughing all night, and pushing into each others' space, making it impossible to sleep or even to breathe comfortably. We spent an inordinately long time at the border as the drivers took a long break and conducted a shady deal that led to a bunch of boxes being offloaded from the bus. When we finally got close to Marseille the drivers forced me to pick up trash left by other passengers and threatened to deliver me to the police if I did not.
