Communication regarding their insurance offering was incredibly poor (I was handed a sheet to sign on the spot without having read anything) and when we watched the movers break my husband's grandmother's antique china, all they said was "it won't be insured because we didn't pack it." So caution to watch out when you use this company as they hide behind their shit insurance policy and basically have license to do whatever they want with your belongings.

I did not receive a call so I decided to call them back and i dont know what was wrong with the rep that answered but she was rude. I explained to her the situation and she gave me short rude answers. I kept it professional trying to let her know the severity and of the situation that it was literally a life or death. She said we only take referrals from community agencies. I let her know that I represent a community agency and I'm a social worker making a referral and I wasn't instructed to fill out any online forms from the rep I spoke to yesterday. I went on by saying that I was told someone who handles situations like this would call me back. She said too bad and she just told me to go on line and look for the charity form and hung up. Now seeing the bad reviews by other people I can understand the treatment. Now this little girl is going to be left stranded because this two little men who don't have very much of a big heart rep decided to be rude. As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. Paul didn't just apologize for the mistakes made by his crew, he took responsibility and ownership for those mistakes.
