Fraud alert guys
This institution appears to be operating in a highly deceptive manner. They have agents in various countries, particularly across Asia, who persuade people to move abroad through the German Ausbildung program.
Their representatives promise that if students complete German language training up to the B2 level with them, they will arrange an Ausbildung contract, handle the visa application process, provide airport pickup, and arrange accommodation upon arrival. For these services, they charge approximately €15,000-€17,000 per student.
Initially, they tell students to enroll in their language program and pay around €13,000. Once students complete the B2 level, the institution changes its position and claims that additional payments for accommodation and airport pickup are mandatory before they can arrange an Ausbildung contract or proceed with the visa process.
Another major concern raised by students is the value and recognition of the German language certificates issued through this institution. Many students spend substantial amounts of money completing B2-level courses, only to discover that the certificate may not have the same recognition as qualifications issued by internationally recognized organizations such as the Goethe-Institut or ÖSD (Österreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch). Students who later attempt to apply through other agencies, employers, or educational institutions may find that their language qualification is not accepted or has limited value, forcing them to spend additional time and money obtaining a recognized certificate.
Students and their parents are required to sign a contract. However, the contract is printed on a single double-sided A4 page with extremely small text, making it difficult for an average person to read. Trusting the institution's assurances and reputation, many parents sign without fully understanding the terms.
Hidden within the contract is a clause stating that only a portion of the fee will be refunded if the visa is refused by the embassy for reasons beyond the student's control. This creates a serious problem: students cannot obtain a refund because no visa application can be submitted without an Ausbildung contract, and the institution has allegedly failed to provide these contracts even after years of waiting.
Many students report that they have been waiting for more than three years without receiving a contract. When they attempt to contact the institution, their inquiries are often ignored. If they do receive a response, it is reportedly dismissive or hostile. Requests for refunds are rejected on the grounds that the contract does not provide for refunds in these circumstances.
As a result, numerous students and families claim to have lost thousands of euros while receiving neither the promised Ausbildung contract nor a refund. According to these complaints, the institution continues to collect large sums of money from new students while previous students remain stuck in uncertainty, with no contracts, no visa process, and no refunds.
