Short story: They will say anything to make you happy at…read morethe time of purchase. Good luck if you need to come back for customer service. Long story: Purchased a wedding band for my fiancé, paying more than a typical men's band because of sizing and design. Swore resizing will be done free of charge. Purchase made on a saturday, was told to come back Tuesday. Get a call saying to come on Thursday instead. I went to pick it up by myself bc of fiance's work schedule. Waited 20-30 minutes as it was not there. The ring was way too big (mind you, sizing was done at the time of purchase) so we went back that Saturday. They were supposed to open at 10 - the lady did not show up until at least 10:30. Explained to her it was too big she was not happy we brought it back but she took it and told me to come back the following Monday unless we could wait there an hour. Since we spent a lot of time waiting we didn't have the time to wait so I told her I would be back on a later date. Get a call telling me to come back on Tuesday to pick the ring up instead of Monday. Showed up Tuesday - again ended up waiting 20-30 minutes since it wasn't there. The man (husband) was not happy they had to pay for resizing and gave me bad attitude - he kept saying he paid for it for me and that they usually don't do that in an unacceptable manner. We understood he had hearing problems so we were extra nice to him from the very beginning. I don't know why he thought he could talk to me that way. He at first refused to give me a ring box which I'm fact I returned with the ring. They cost how much? Couldn't believe it. Once again the ring was too big not to mention the finish was terrible from the first time resizing it. Just tells me that sizing was not done correctly the first time. When we brought it back the following Saturday both the lady and the husband were there. Both clearly unhappy asking us what size we're looking for. Hell we don't buy wedding bands every now and then - they are the pros who one would rely on sizing. When we went back this time they said it's because of the shape of his finger, maybe he lost weight (omg). The man was so rude at one point he yelled at my fiancé "I don't like you!" Pardon me. Never had such a frustrating experience. We ended up taking the ring to a vendor two stands down and got it fixed that day. Bottom line: it is hard to find a place to go to when you're in the giant pool of jewelry vendors at the wholesale market but it's easier to know which ones to avoid. This one! The ring we got the first time was size 13.5, the ring that fits is 12.25!!!!!

We arrived and were welcomed. We returned 30-minutes later as informed and my ring was beautifully round and polished BUT noticed the stone was missing. The staff stated he would fix it. When the ring was returned, though he claims the stone was a tad bigger, it was noticeably smaller and the prongs were crooked. Unfortunately, a third time was not going to be requested. Gave him a two for being able to make the warped ring turn back to round.

I purchased a charm and a bracelet from them. I googled these to look for the lowest prices offered online for the exact same items. This doesn't do you any favors either I guess. I will not be coming back to this kiosk.
